I think the management and/or ownership has changed and I 100% do not appreciate it. The ice cream is always freezer burnt now and the customer service leaves much to be desired. I was a regular at this location. Now I just drive right on by.

Do not eat at this location or any in the area as the franchisee instructed my 16 year old daughter to serve wet strawberry topping off the floor to customers. She was instructed to never throw anything away; waffle cone bowls that fall on the floor become waffle cone topping. The Department of Agriculture found several violations to include ice cream containers being stored on the floor with paper to cover them. Any corners he can find to cut he will regardless of the public’s health. The Franchise itself offered a weak apology and did not take ownership as they repetitively said it’s individually owned.

DO NOT EAT HERE !!! THEY ORDER EMPLOYEES TO SERVE FOOD THAT WAS ON THE FLOOR & ACTUALLY GETS MAD IF THEY DONT .. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN , NASTY NASTY NASTY ! THEY WALK ON THE FLOOR ALLDAY & WE PAY GOOD MONEY FOR THEM TO SERVE US SLOP !!!! SO ANGRY GUYS , THEY HAVE LOST A VALUABLE CUSTOMER!!! FIND SOMEWHERE THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

For some reason we have had the same experience with the particular ethnicity of the owner…it’s really sad…..The customer service is terrible!! If you your employees don’t know the rules of the rewards program…train them properly. A customer clarifies and ask questions to make sure the rules apply to the bogo reward and when we go to pay for the items the rules change. After waisting my time and your ingredients you still choose not to honor what your employee said was correct. That’s just crazy to be that stubborn and selfish to customer to lose an entire sale, a customer and a bad review to save ice cream. Terrible experience and won’t return to this location.

It's definitely my favorite ice cream shop.The employee did my shake just how I like it,very thick. I ordered cake butter and sweet cream with walnuts top with whipped cream. Recommend it.

The people preparing the ice cream were not good listeners at all. They interrupted my mom several times while she was trying to explain what icecream she wanted & how to make it. I have a dairy allergy, & when I asked them to wash the tools & board they only wash yhe scoops. Then preceeded to place my ice cream on the stone that had not been cleaned. When my mom & I tried explaining why I couldn't eat that, the worker said I had a peanut allergy. We had to reclarify it was a dairy allergy. The worker actually got loud with my mom as she was trying to correct him & explain what the issue was with the original item he tried to make me. Will not be returning to this location.

I go to that place almost every day, because I love ice cream, the guy who always make my servers knows my order and he’s always nice.This time the cashier was very rude, I was complaining because the last time I got ice cream the cone wasn’t crunchy so that’s why I was making sure this time about the cone texture, and it wasn’t good, when I asked the cashier if they have a fresh one he said no! that’s all we have, and he aggressively took the cone from me. His attitude was very disrespectful and disappointed for me because that was my favorite place.

Really enjoyed what I ordered and the employee working was really nice.

My 3 yr old baby wanted his ice-cream on a cone. But they refused to put his ice cream on a cone because apparently they can’t put only 1 scoop of ice-cream on a cone. Basically I was kindy forced to buy a like it size for a 3yr old in order for them to put it on a cone. When other times they have done it but there was new foreign people ( have nothing against foreign people). They didn’t know the menu either my husband ask for ice-cream “somewhere over the rain dough” and she said “which one is that”. Definitely we will not be coming to this location where they don’t care of serving their customers right.

We ordered two separate items via UberEats — and we pulled 3 long, thick hairs out of BOTH. ORDERS. Absolutely disgusting.

The manager/owner (an Indian guy) is rude to his employees. A young, nice girl working there was trying to learn how to apply my rewards points. The manager was speaking rudely to her in a condescending and embarrasing manner. I will not support any business who mistreats their employees or customers. Won't be returning to this location and will encourage my friends and family not to as well. There are other Coldstone locations and I'd rather drive 30 mins away to another one than 5 minutes to this rudely owned place.

Worst customer experience ever, will never go back here again. Ordered a birthday cake for my son that was supposed to be ready at 9:00 on Monday, went to pick it up on Tuesday at 1:30 and it wasn't ready. No one called to notify me they weren't going to have it ready for his birthday later that day. On top of that, they offered nothing to make it right or to provide another ready made cake so we would have something for the family celebration for my 7 year olds birthday later that day. Manager and staff were completely unhelpful and un-apologetic. Will definitely never go back here again.
