the service honestly isnt the best, at least for one of the employee. Hes pretty rude and just doesn’t engage at all! its like you’re bothering him. the ice-cream itself is good tho!! i just wish the customer service was taken more seriously from management

they don’t have seats for customers to sit. Customer service is off. Smoothie tastes like mango chutney or something. Just wasn’t good.

Ordered the Surrender to Strawberry via Uber Eats. What I got was vanilla ice cream with yellow cake that looked as though is was crumbled in the ice cream. It was more like yellow cake soup. I order this every time I go to this location and this particular time was terrible.

The attitude of the workers stinks. They prepare the food so stingy and mean. Like they barely wants to serve it. Yet the prices hike. Its the first time i am going into one of their francise and it is so empty. Not one person was inside here. That sends a message. I am never going back here. Then they give recipt asking about tip. Are you crazy?.

The ice cream is delicious, but customer service needs to be improved and they need to be more friendly. The last two times I've been there, I've been left with a bad taste in my mouth because of the attitude of the women who work there.

Ordered a cake for my husband's 88 birthday. My son picked it up. The order for filling was correct. But the cake was naked. No pipping top or bottom,Graham cracked crumbs were thrown on looked like someone growing a new beard. Happy Birthday looked like it was written by a 3rd grader. If I had picked it up I would not have taken it and asked for a refund. I 'm now waiting for a call from manager!

I think the management and/or ownership has changed and I 100% do not appreciate it. The ice cream is always freezer burnt now and the customer service leaves much to be desired. I was a regular at this location. Now I just drive right on by.

Do not eat at this location or any in the area as the franchisee instructed my 16 year old daughter to serve wet strawberry topping off the floor to customers. She was instructed to never throw anything away; waffle cone bowls that fall on the floor become waffle cone topping. The Department of Agriculture found several violations to include ice cream containers being stored on the floor with paper to cover them. Any corners he can find to cut he will regardless of the public’s health. The Franchise itself offered a weak apology and did not take ownership as they repetitively said it’s individually owned.

THEY WALK ON THE FLOOR ALLDAY & WE PAY GOOD MONEY FOR THEM TO SERVE US SLOP !!!! SO ANGRY GUYS , THEY HAVE LOST A VALUABLE CUSTOMER!!! FIND SOMEWHERE THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS
