I ordered online and went to the store and people came after me and I waited until they finished and she did not prepare my order and I waited about 20 minutes

The costumer service is terrible from one particular lady every time we go. She always has an attitude. I will not order from this location if she is there! I have not had a bad experience at any other cold stone except from this one.

I really had a bad experience in this location in Brier Creek ,I got a cup of ice cream for 6$ ,I asked for the receipt,she went inside and ignored me ,I went back to my job next to this location,I found a piece of hair in my ice cream!!!I went back to show her and explained,she said it’s my hair !!!! It was a straight hair!!mine it’s curly!!!I asked to even change it she refused it !!!I asked for the manager,she said he will come in the afternoon!!!this location it’s terrible ? why do you let someone operate a bus Ed’s if they can’t handle a customer service!!!I will never go to this location or recommend it to anyone ??????????????????????????????????????????

First time ever trying Cold Stone and it was awesome! Great customer service! I was able to sample different flavors to see which one I’d like. The cookie dough is very yummy!

I visited cold stone today as it was the last day to redeem my birthday BOGO coupon. 05/26/2024 Sun, I went around 11a so no one was in there patronizing the business and that was cool because there was no line to contend with. I order the coffee lovers and peanut butter ice cream in the Like It Size. The server was nice. My only complaint is that post pandemic there still aren’t any chairs inside to enjoy your treat. The sun is out and temperature is a bit warm to eat in the sun. I walked down to Panera to get some shade and enjoy my treat .Unika B. & Co.

Ordered a create your own and a signature via online order. My create my own was a mix of two flavors with fudge mix in and Cookie Minster signature. Well when I got to pick up my order luckily I checked when I got to my car if everything was okay. They had just put in the cup half of each flavor I had asked for and no mix in. And the Cookie Monster totally wrong. I went back and the employee had no clue what I was talking about and the other employee just stood there trying to prove me wrong that I made the mistake and that I should order it the way it comes. When all they had to do was just re create my ice cream. The one employee seemed pretty adamant about telling me I was in the wrong for not ordering properly. I pushed back and showed him my online order email receipt and then showed what was on the receipt. Their record printed it wrong and then he didn’t have the decency to apologize for trying to prove me wrong and teaching me how to order online when it was their printers fault. I’ve never ever had to deal with this kind of customer service. I’ve been coming here for a long time. Looks like I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Plus prices are outrageous here compared to other coldstone

So today is my friend Eric bday!! And he loves cold stone creamery ice cream cakes and we had a Reese’s cake made for him. His wife Jessica was assigned to pick up the cake but when she arrived the cake said “Happy BIRATHDAY Jessica Rigsbee”…COMPLETELY WRONG AMD THE PARTY WAS IN DURHAM NC!! I called the store to report the issues and a young girl that answered the phone had no idea of what to do and said the store manager Bob (no last name known or given) was unavailable. I asked for the next person in charge and she said no one else could assist me. She said I can bring the cake back to Raleigh NC for them to rewrite the name, which I cannot do bc again the party is in Durham NC. I was told that I could not get a refund and that I was basically out of luck. No one took responsibility for the mistake bc the girl kept blaming whoever wrote on the cake, which she nor anyone else knew who decorated the cake! I’m highly disappointed in the customer service I received this evening! And you’ve lost a future customer!!!!
