The ice cream is good however when you enter, the employees ignore you and do not greet you when you enter. The prices are high and they add an automatic tip which is easy to not notice if you're not paying attention.

Horrible service!!! When I walked in the worker was on the phone and looked my way and continued to talk on the phone. That should have been my cue to leave. My ice cream had freezer burn and they had the nerve to say it was fresh.
You could see flakes and hear the crackling sound. It was very messy with iceream all around the cup…I had to request a larger cup just to hold it. I told him I had a $5 reward and he had the audacity to tell me “Oh you can use it next time.” No, I will be using it TODAY smh. When I requested a refund they called someone on the phone had me wait what seemed like forever without apology. I definitely will not be returning to this location.

Gotta work on the customer service

Tasted good, but somehow got basic order of cookie dough ice cream messed up. Got no toppings mixed in when asked for. Also like $8.50 a person, which is insane considering it was one scoop...that was made incorrectly.

Subpar customer service. Graham cracker crust and heath chocolate bar were literally POWDER. Never have I ever seen that and when asked about it the lady was just dismissive and rude. So much more but just not great all around.

CLASSIC. The only place that have huge waffle cones. Dark chocolate shake with white chocolate chips is a go to order of mine.

I realize advertising can be misleading and pictures are one thing, but when I pointed this out… they literally tried to argue with me and telling me I got what I paid for! Not to mention my son took ONE BITE at the register, so it’s not like we walked away or he ate most of it.

Not to mention the ice cream tastes like it has freezer burn and the ingredients are obviously dated. And it tasted so bad, my son that loves ice cream couldn’t even stomach anymore of it and decided to throw it away.

I assume this is a franchise of CSC, which we always enjoy and fans of. However this is truly a sad excuse of one and definitely not holding up the reputation they worked hard to earn. Hopefully management or ownership will look closer at the CSC standards and what consumers expect. Would not ever return to this location nor recommend.

Came in with 4 kids and wife so I wasn't really paying attention as we ordered, they missed a few ingredients on some orders but made damn sure to charge me for every little extra thing...didn't enjoy the vibe in this place won't be coming back, cold stone used to be really good dont know what happened

There was a piece of gum in our ice cream cake. Will not pick up phone and no email address to contact store.

Long line, 1 person working and the ice cream had literally no flavor. And for $9 I expected more.

I ordered online and went to the store and people came after me and I waited until they finished and she did not prepare my order and I waited about 20 minutes

The costumer service is terrible from one particular lady every time we go. She always has an attitude. I will not order from this location if she is there! I have not had a bad experience at any other cold stone except from this one.

I really had a bad experience in this location in Brier Creek ,I got a cup of ice cream for 6$ ,I asked for the receipt,she went inside and ignored me ,I went back to my job next to this location,I found a piece of hair in my ice cream!!!I went back to show her and explained,she said it’s my hair !!!! It was a straight hair!!mine it’s curly!!!I asked to even change it she refused it !!!I asked for the manager,she said he will come in the afternoon!!!this location it’s terrible ? why do you let someone operate a bus Ed’s if they can’t handle a customer service!!!I will never go to this location or recommend it to anyone ??????????????????????????????????????????
