Duh!!! How can a business that runs amazing get any thing but 5stars. Food- best in the fast food business. Service- 34 cars in line line I still get my food in 15 min. Freaking fabulous. Oh ya, best milkshakes ever.

The drive thru line was roughly 10 cars deep on both sides. Took 10-15 mins to order another 10-15 to get the food. This is ridiculous. Love cook out but this location is not good. No way out of the line either. I drove off. Who knows how long it would've taken to actually get my food.

Took me 10 minutes to order my food no one was working the walk up window. Finally someone got to the window i ordered my food, took 20 minutes before my food was handed out and my food was just sitting at the window half the time I was there. All I got was 4 bacon wraps and when it was ready It wasn't what I ordered.

So I have been to quite a few cook outs but the worst is New Bern ave in Raleigh. The second worst is the one off of south saunders I believe it is. The food is delicious but the customer service sucked. The food can be overcooked sometimes.

I got the fries o ion rings and a bacon ranch wrap. Everything was hot ans freah cooked. Their onion rings are delicious 😋 I haven't gotten a bad batch yet. And the fries are salted to perfection. My favorite sandwich is the bacon wrap. Always plenty of bacon. I have visited many Cook Out locations and I must say they always deliver.

Theres a homeless guy that hangs out in the drive through line most nights and harasses people. I wish they’d trespass him.

Great place to go for late night grub. Beware there will be homeless people approaching your car any time after dark. Always. Most of them just want food, but it’s just the people who run after your car that make it a liiittle sketchy

Took forever to get my food. Which is usually understandable, however there were 2 other cars in the entire line. Worker at the window had an attitude for no reason at all. Food was not correct entirely either, it tasted like burger king. Needs new management, this isn’t the first time.

Went to get four shakes for the children and grandchildren. I love that they let you mix as many flavors as you want.
Small portion sizes (milkshake not filled, thin quesidillas, sauces from back barely filled up)
Service is good, but the low quantity in food drags the score down because I'm there for food.

Nuggets were burned during night shift I stay in Durham so it’s not like I can easily come get my food replaced both plates Nuggets scorched smh sandwiches were sloppy and not fully cooked
