Eating here felt like a personal attack. I found a bug in my drink, they gave me the wrong order, their customer service was TERRIBLE, and the place was noticeably unclean.

This cookout can be kind of hit or miss just depending on when you go. However, when they are on the food is fast and hot and usually all correct and that's exactly what I hope to get from cookout, the late night clutch. As always, will go again. To pretty much any cookout 😂 ¤

Great burgers when I don't feel like cooking for myself. My only complaint is that sometimes the staff is too aggressive (even if there is not a line).
Gave me the wrong order and we I came back to get it fixed they argued with me 3 or 4 times over what I got trying to question me.
They brought over two different managers to try to dispute what I was telling them. My original order had nuggets so when I got the wrong tray and I opened it up and saw nuggets I ate them. I then proceeded to find out everything else was wrong. Upon combing back and telling them this the guy is saying “your already ate the sides!”, aggressively. There was only one side in there.
I proceed to explain my original order over and over and they can’t understand. They finally bring me the right order but leave out the nuggets since I ate them. Which is fair but like come on. No apology. Just argue with me for 5 minutes
Oh yeah and they give me the wrong milkshake because it’s the wrong order. I tell them I got peach this is peach cheesecake. And they just stare at me “so you want a different one?”

just inappropriate touching of coworkers, white woman touching up on the black guy, not really professional. also got my order wrong as well. i come by a lot but never have i seen this happen unprofessionally.
