My wife and I had a craving for burgers to go with chili on them. I ordered one regular burger Cook Out style and one regular burger tray with fries and onion rings. The fries and onion rings were good. The burgers were really good. The banana pudding shake was one of the most amazing desserts ever, which we shared nicely. The only reason that I gave the atmosphere a "4" is because it is tough waiting in the drive through lane smelling all the good food while waiting for my food to be made. Thanks Cook Out!

Just visited 2/7/25 with my son. It's his favorite spot, HOWEVER, Brian was running drive thru, fixing food, keeping the team on task. He gave outstanding (A+) customer service.

The food was nice and hot aswell as tasty, just don’t like how the whole Raleigh PD was there staring at all the cars that came in.
This Cook Out in particular is on point. They are quick and get the order right. I've been disappointed at other Cook Outs but not this one. The tray is a great value, I switch up my sides between the fries, onion rings and hush puppies; all are excellent.

The lady that took my order today was nice, prompt and kicked ass. She and her crew got everything right in my order and it was great. It was a super busy lunch rush, so they could have been rude or gotten the order wrong, but they didn't. The man that took my money- I think his name was Christen- was SUPER kind and reassured me my food would be ready quickly. I can't wait to go again!
