Order was incorrect, wrong drink. Large fries with cheese was not a large quantity and they were not hot and crispy but rather soggy. Others who went after us also had drink orders incorrect! People order drinks without sugar for diabetic and reasons so drinks received with sugar went to trash -- errors are disappointing waste of money & nothing to drink!

My wife and I had a craving for burgers to go with chili on them. I ordered one regular burger Cook Out style and one regular burger tray with fries and onion rings. The fries and onion rings were good. The burgers were really good. The banana pudding shake was one of the most amazing desserts ever, which we shared nicely. The only reason that I gave the atmosphere a "4" is because it is tough waiting in the drive through lane smelling all the good food while waiting for my food to be made. Thanks Cook Out!

Customer Service has definitely changed for the better. Paris was pleasant and patient. The food was great as well.
Just visited 2/7/25 with my son. It's his favorite spot, HOWEVER, Brian was running drive thru, fixing food, keeping the team on task. He gave outstanding (A+) customer service.

This Cook Out in particular is on point. They are quick and get the order right. I've been disappointed at other Cook Outs but not this one. The tray is a great value, I switch up my sides between the fries, onion rings and hush puppies; all are excellent.
