My 1st time trying “COOK OUT” and was disappointed! The hamburger arrived with squished bun and was messy due to the cheez whiz that was oozing out of the bun. Sandwich was small and the “combo” with my two sides of (1) petit onion rings (2) and cole slaw was underwhelming. The only bright side was the unsweetened ice tea - which was adequate. All in all I wasted $9.72 on food that was mediocre at best!

Sooooo much better than the big corporate chains. IE... Quality and quantity of food and value for the price is way above! This is a newer sit- in spot and drive thru open till wee hours of 3am. I've said it veggie l before, if they weren't so close to my house, I'd be 20 lbs lighter! Midnight cheeseburgers and shakes.

Is always the same BS with every cookout. Now your burger cost more because they decided to charge ya for cheese or for extra lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions etc separately. At least make the burger patty a quarter pounder. And the burger is cold and not fresh.. It doesn't matter what time a customer order food through drive-thru food has to be fresh at all times. I give up, definitely char grill for now on..
