This review is for the Food Truck.Anyone who has spent any time in New England knows there are much much better versions of this menu.Bottom Line: This is like a McDonalds version of lobster and related. Not bad. Not great. Just ok. You get what you pay for. DO NOT expect this to be the real deal.

We order take out from here a decent amount and it's typically a banger. Maybe one or two issues in the two years that we've been eating here. The staff is always polite. Lobster portions are fresh and generous. Use the app to get points! It is located in the food hall, atmosphere may vary.Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible. Ramp located near the axe throwing and the other entrance is sidewalk to door, no ramp needed, although the threshold can be difficult to get wheels over.

Visiting the food truck always gets me excited, and I had the same experience a few years back but gave it another shot. The service is great. The guys in the truck are super nice. The meal is prepared quickly for what it is, and as always, it tastes amazing! The only downside is that they change you $7 for extra meat. I did this a few years back and felt like there wasn't extra on it compared to previous regular Conn rolls I've had. Well, I gave it a go this time because I asked what that meant exactly, and they said I'd get an extra handful of meat. It's lobster, I could justify the $37 combo for that, so I ordered the extra meat. I was highly disappointed to find that I didn't get extra meat, all they did was put small pieces on mine to make it look like more meat when it actually was exactly the same in weight that my coworker got on hers. The only difference was that she had larger chunks in fewer quantities.Due to the lunch hour. I just sucked it up and ate it without speaking to the workers. It was absolutely delicious, and I'll continue to get food from here. However, I'll opt out of the extra meat. Oh, their tater tots are the best!

I enjoyed hot and cold lobster rolls from the food truck as well as the food hall on Morgan Street in Raleigh, NC. I will return again soon. Check it out! I am a hands down lobster girl!

Visited the Morgan Street Foodhall location with a group of colleagues on 10/24/23. Arrived a little after 11. The gentleman working the register was unfriendly. Acted as though I was a bother and he did not want to be there. Was not cordial in any way. I love Cousins Maine Lobster but on this particular day, the 4 Connecticut rolls I ordered lacked flavor. I did not taste a spec of lemon. Plus the gentlemen did not know how to process a giftcard. While I understand the service industry has suffered a great deal, I thought being cordial was still a minimum expectation.

After waiting in line for two hours, we got up to the menu and all of the prices were jacked up from the menu online. Online menu stated the lobster rolls were $17 and when we got up to the menu they were $23. Small portions. Two hours of my life that I will never get back. Too much hype. It’s a scam.

This is the tiniest lobster roll I’ve ever had. Not worth the money. Just getting back from Portland and Boston I had many true rolls and they were massive for the same price (20-28.00) and came with actual sides. The coleslaw here is garbage and a pickle is insulting. If you’re hungry don’t come here. If u want a little snack get a roll they’re delicious but over priced. They will tell u that’s the cost blah blah. Google market prices right now and u do the math with their bulk wholesale costs. Disappointed.

Got 2 main rolls(23 each) and a bowl of lobster Bisque($9). (58 total) The main roll was 23 dollars each and comes with mayo and lobster meat. For 23 dollar you expect a decent size roll maybe, but no you get maybe a 4 inch roll that looks like its made of 2 slices of toast and some lobster meat. The taste was ok, but nothing special definitely not worth the money. The lobster bisque was the most watery bisque I have ever eat in my life. For a truck that specializes in lobster this is worst lobster bisque i have ever eaten in my life also it had 1 tiny piece of actual lobster in it and i got the bowl(the larger size). Obviously i do not recommend and it honestly feels like i was scammed when i took my food out to eat it.

For a $21 lobster roll I was hoping it would be bigger and with a little more lobster meat. Sure the flavor was pretty good but not sure it's worth the price considering I was able to eat the whole thing in like 3 bites. Definitely left me hungry for something else.

If you have good food and brand-name endorsements, it really doesn't matter if the service is going to be sub par. When you have a food truck that accepts online and in person orders at the same time, something has got to give if you don't have the staff to handle it. After waiting in line in the mid-day sun for 45 minutes along with at least a dozen other people who haven't progressed to the point of being able to place an order, the last thing you want to hear is for the staff to announce that they are handling online orders first! The folks behind me said that next time, they'll order online. For me, there will be no next time. You can keep your food truck in Harrisburg.

I am from CT and love lobster rolls so wanted to give them a try. We ordered from the food truck when it was in Clayton yesterday. First off, for lobster, I think the price is fairly on point. I was in CT a couple months ago, paid $24.95 for one and it included one side at a very good seafood restaurant near the shore. It is “expensive”, but it is lobster so I felt the price was what I expected. My husband and I both got the Connecticut roll (in my opinion the only way to have a lobster roll) and it was very good. I wouldn’t say it was the best lobster roll I’ve had but it was very good. Some of the meat seemed not as fresh as other pieces and left me wondering when it had been streamed/prepared. We also got clam chowder which was very good, as well, but we actually felt that was overpriced compared to the lobster roll. Regardless, it was all very good. We would eat there again if they’re in the area but $70 for dinner for two people is a bit high so it won’t be very often. It’s definitely an occasional treat!
