I got the quad stack burger with the Italiano fries. Was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had and the fries were amazing. Was more food than I was expecting, but I’m not complaining. Overall good food, good service, and good value.

the food here was pretty good but the service was horrible. i personally don’t like that the full menu is AT the register.when my boyfriend & i walked up to the register, the cashier completely ignored us & was only on her phone. after 30secs of us waiting, my boyfriend looked over the full menu at the register to give her time till she was ready. after looking over the menu for another 30secs, he looked back up at her to signal she’s ready & she still ignored him for another 15-20secs. it wasn’t until her manager told her she had a customer in-front of her that she decided her phone was no longer interesting. her response back to her manager was “I know” then proceeded to rudely ask if we were ready.the food didn’t take long to come out & again, was pretty good but that single cashier ruined it for us. we’ll be taking our business elsewhere every time we’re there.
took over 60 minutes to get my food because they didnt print me a ticket/receipt- and after 30 when i asked for one, all they said was ‘it should have printed it’. overheard two other people say theirs didnt print either.i even told the guy handing out orders i didnt have one, and i said what i had, stood right beside the bar the whole time, and they never said a thing. When i finally got my food he said ‘we’ve been calling you..’ and i reminded him for the third time i never got a number.Terrible service, food was okay. truffle fries were the only good thingnot going back

Get a good front end manager. Service was very disorganized, workers seemed not attentive to details,. And they were entirely too slow. waited over 40 mins for a burger and fries. Will not return
