Boils are good the rest is just ok. Wait staff needs a dress code and some friendliness training. The music is way too loud and could stand to be more generic. I won’t be rushing to go back.

The best fried fish and oysters I have ever had! This restaurant is a guaranteed good time for finger-licking food and drinks!

The Thursday night vibe is not kid-friendly, leave the little ones at home if you don't want them to hear a LIVE DJ play top 100 hits.

I have to say, while the food here is quite good, the service leaves much to be desired. Upon arriving, we were seated promptly by a staff member, but from there, things quickly went downhill. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we sat at our table for a full 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. No one came by to take our drink orders or even check in. We had to flag down a staff member ourselves, which was disappointing, to say the least.

When someone finally did come to assist us, it took an additional 10 minutes before our actual waiter appeared. I understand if a place is understaffed or overwhelmed during peak hours, but this was not the case. The waiter, who seemed quite inexperienced, didn't even have the basic tools needed for the job. He scribbled our order on the back of a receipt he pulled out of his pocket, which was a bit unprofessional.

While the food was delivered promptly and tasted good, the overall experience was marred by the subpar service. For an establishment that appears to pride itself on quality, I expected much better in terms of customer care. It’s disappointing that the lackluster service overshadowed what could have been a pleasant dining experience.

The service is poor. Ghetto and lazy staff. They barely check on your table. The place smells like sewage and they can't get your order correct because the cooks don't speak English. The food is not bad but it's not worth the experience. I used to like it here but not anymore.

Stopped in for a dinner with 9 guests in late August 2024. The seating started with 9 and we lost 4 on the way so the final tally was five guests.
The Good: The atmosphere was fun. The declarations left no doubt that seafood was going to be the main menu attraction. The food was outstanding. We sampled multiple items: chilled cocktail shrimp, boiled bags of snow crab, sausage, lobster tails, sausage potatoes and corn. The Cajun season at mild and medium temps was just right and hit the spot. The singing of happy birthday to one of our guests was just over the top enough to embarrass the hell out of her so hats off for that as well! The price points for what we received were very reasonable as well.

The Not so Great: We were seated as a party of five (waiting for 4 more to get there) immediately on a semi busy Saturday night. It took our server Ty almost 20 minutes to come and visit us. He said he normally waited until the whole party was there to take a drink order. Fair enough, but still not the greatest way to treat the guests that are already there. He was engaging and polite and apologized for the delay so we were AOK with the response. The service from there was definitely spotty. A fish and chips basket was served about 10 minutes ahead of the boiled bag meals. The mountain of shells, plates and empty drink cups were never cleared at any point as they were piled up. All things that should be done as they are SOP in any sit down restaurant. Those oversights didn’t do anything to lower our enjoyment of the meal or the venue but is something that could definitely be worked on. The other thing that was surprising was the lack of actual silverware. Plastic tableware made it difficult to cut potatoes or dig into crab shells that didn’t open just right. Something to look at by the management there.

Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our evening there. The food is exceptional and if they address the slight service deficiencies this will be an overall five star destination. Thank you for an enjoyable evening and great food!

We enjoy going to this place to eat. However, the price is going up and the food is getting smaller. As well as the sauce is watery and the flavor is not as great as it once was. Maybe they have a new cook or maybe they have made enough money where they feel that it should not be as good anymore.

Everything was good I don’t have any complaints except of the price because how are you all gonna make me get a pd of crabs if I ordered the 1/2 it’s no need for the 1/2 pd to be on the menu if that’s the case. I loved everything about the restaurant except especially since it was a create your bag and you all gave me what the heck y’all wanted to give me.

My waiter was high or intoxicated. The hostess and a waitress were dressed in little black shorts and little black shirts. I thought they were guess. The same hostess was standing behind the counter vaping with her brother. They were loud and using profanity. It took 15 minutes to have my order taken and I was the very first one there. I will not eat there again. Very unprofessional.

They never answer the phone. The last time I called a girl put me on hold and never cane back to the phone. When I called back she answered but said nothing.
