Crab Du Jour Cajun Seafood & Bar

Placed had a smell to it. The waitress didn't seem to enthused. And the seafood boil was bad. It lacked seasoning and the lobster tasted mushy.

Crab Du Jour needs to be shut down asap!!!!! The moment my family and I walked into the restaurant today, there was trash everywhere and all throughout the restaurant!!!! Tables filled with dirty dishes from previous diners!!! We stood there waiting for quite a long while for the Hostess to appear to seat us and when she FINALLY appeared, we were not greeted with professionalism, a welcoming smile, absolutely nothing but an attitude. I asked for a booth in the back and when we were seated.......all we could see was more dirt and trash throughout the restaurant!!!! The vibe felt very weird. I work very hard and simply want quality for what I pay for!!! Im also A FOODIE, who enjoys good food and excellent service in a sanitary condition. None of which this restaurant offers. I decided to leave and went to a far better restaurant that offered what we desired. Im sure this place has a low sanitation rate!!!!

Boils are good the rest is just ok. Wait staff needs a dress code and some friendliness training. The music is way too loud and could stand to be more generic. I won’t be rushing to go back.

The best fried fish and oysters I have ever had! This restaurant is a guaranteed good time for finger-licking food and drinks!

The Thursday night vibe is not kid-friendly, leave the little ones at home if you don't want them to hear a LIVE DJ play top 100 hits.

I have to say, while the food here is quite good, the service leaves much to be desired. Upon arriving, we were seated promptly by a staff member, but from there, things quickly went downhill. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we sat at our table for a full 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. No one came by to take our drink orders or even check in. We had to flag down a staff member ourselves, which was disappointing, to say the least.

When someone finally did come to assist us, it took an additional 10 minutes before our actual waiter appeared. I understand if a place is understaffed or overwhelmed during peak hours, but this was not the case. The waiter, who seemed quite inexperienced, didn't even have the basic tools needed for the job. He scribbled our order on the back of a receipt he pulled out of his pocket, which was a bit unprofessional.

While the food was delivered promptly and tasted good, the overall experience was marred by the subpar service. For an establishment that appears to pride itself on quality, I expected much better in terms of customer care. It’s disappointing that the lackluster service overshadowed what could have been a pleasant dining experience.

From the Seattle area here. This is the best food I have had in many years. We will be back for sure. Xavier was great. Very friendly. Thank you guys.

The service is poor. Ghetto and lazy staff. They barely check on your table. The place smells like sewage and they can't get your order correct because the cooks don't speak English. The food is not bad but it's not worth the experience. I used to like it here but not anymore.
