Another amazing seafood boil as many visits before!! Although a pickup order, the customer service is a bit mechanical, aloof and cold upon entry. It can get busy with the party loud crowds is why we typically order for pickup....just a caution, if you want a somewhat family crab cracking seafood outing!

Great service. Food was very salty. Bathrooms were very dirty. The inside of the restaurant was pretty dirty as well. Pretty expensive for not so good food. Very loud music.

This was my first time with my family that we ever tried Crab Do Jour, we ordered the combo #2 which was 1/2lb of shrimp, crab and crawfish. It was DELICIOUS!! Our server was nice and attended us very well. The only thing that wouldâve given 5 stars to this place was cleanliness. I think the place just needs to be kept up with a lot more and cleaned off better not only a table but the floors and windows and seats. Other than that it really was great!

My cousin and I dined at this place. We both had the dungeon crab and shrimp boil, and the food was delicious! Our waiter was Kane, who was professional, courteous, and attentive to our table. Thanks, Kane! I will be back soon.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE .
I hosted a party at this location for my Wifeâs birthday and my card was charged an extra $50 in tip that I didnât authorize. The service was poor . The waiter tried to tell me what he wanted me to order like dude shut up and allow me to order MY food. The $50 charge on my billing statement caught me by surprise. Always check your card before you leave this location. The crazy thing about it is that everyone in my party was charge an additional tip . SCAMMERS !!!!

The food was great. We had cajun snow crab legs, the seafood pasta and raw oysters. Very good with a nice heat from the spiceđđ¶ïž our server was amazing. He was so nice and came by often to check on us, and all of the staff seemed like they were having a good time and everyone was happy.â€ïž makes the dining experience that much better!

They Currently have an 87 Sani Grade!!! So, please tread lightly. The Sanitation Grade sign is in an inconspicuous spot on the wall visible as you're exiting, not entering (very crafty). Had I saw this earlier, I would've never sat down. And don't sit in the area closest to the bathroom. You'll smell its poop-like fragrance the whole time. I only ordered 1lb shrimp boil bag (clearly off some shrimp farm) very imitational. And I had to return it, due to the utter lack of attention of adding the seasoning. This place is NOT what it used to be. I paid 6 bucks just to add sausage alone! For a grande total of 30 bucks for an unappealing dining experience. My server was kind though. That's the only thing 'good' out of the LAST time I'll ever eat here.

Food was pretty good, it did take a while for the food to arrive even though we were the only ones there. Zero hospitality from the host, waitress or cashier. No general customer service like saying hello or anything. We had to figure out ourselves to go pay up front since the waitress didnât come back over. She saw us while she was hanging out with friends that came to see her but didnât bother saying thank you or take care.
Overall, it just didnât feel like a ârestaurant experience â it was more like a McDonaldâs drive thru experience but at restaurant prices.

The food is always banging when I come here, 10/10!! The service is mediocre, nothing too special. Usually not many customers are there so all the workers be on the phone and donât really be greeting people for real. But again food =đ„

Came here tonight to eat and we were sat immediately but we were then left unattended for 30 mins or so. No one came to the table to even take our drink order. After 10 minutes a table of six people came in and were sat and immediately got their drink order taken and drinks given to them.. we sat and waited to be patient but it got to a point we flagged another waiter down to ask who our server was and he responded with I don't know they didn't tell me anything, but I can go ask for you. After he walked away no one came back and said anything, so we just decided to leave. Extremely disappointed since they were not busy at all, we loved the food at the Fayetteville location, but they only had a max of 5 other tables. Probably won't be coming back if this is how the service is here.
