My daughter and I had dinner here on Saturday, and I must say that the waitress was the best; she was very kind, helpful, and friendly!

However, the food was terrible; the barbecue boneless chicken my daughter ordered tasted so stale and disgusting that it actually made her feel ill. This ale house location charged me extra for ranch dressing, extra for salad dressing which I really despise, and the ceaser salad was so chunky that I couldn’t almost chew it! Additionally, the salad dressing and the ranch dressing should be complimentary and included with the meal. I wouldn't advise anyone to visit this ale house location.

Sat at the bar with my wife. Beer selection is decent. Wide variety of expected national beers as well as some good craft beers. The bartender was very nice and helpful and engaging when we chatted a little bit. I think I've been here before and gave it not so great a review and we were skeptable about going back again. Pleasantly surprised and enjoyed for a mall restaurant/sports bar.

Located inside of the mall. This place is really good. Staff was friendly and attentive. Known for their loaded back potatoes and they did not disappoint! So much food and it was delicious!

Kind of a weird vibe. Gardening items indoors/sports bar/weird light up lantern things at the door that look like cheap Christmas decor? Ordered a cocktail and our waitress told us it would be awhile before I could have it since the bartender went on a break. The bartender was sitting on the enclosed "patio" (the seating in the mall hallway) eating Taco Bell and playing on her phone. We ended up canceling the drink. Waitress was nice, food was good... just a weird experience for us.

The wife and I were in Crabtree Valley Mall to get a battery for her watch replaced after that was done. We noticed Crabtree ale house next-door so went in to check it out. It was awesome. Service was great. People were friendly. Food was excellent.

Love the place! Great Burguer , with a well balanced taste in the meat/cheese/bun. The service is very good and attentive. Shout out to Jordan!

I will never go back …. This is the 3ed time ..not same location.. Ive had issues with the restaurant this time I ordered 10 wings with buffalo sauce and when I tell you none of the wings were bigger then my thumb and they wanna charge 17$ dry and no sauce at all and when I asked for more sauce they said it was a up charge top it off the server has no idea what was going on I asked why the wings were so small and she said it just be like that I was with my family so I was not going to entertain that crap either way never going back you live and you learn btw if you like hair in your food and not ac working in the place you eat at I suggest go to the ale house at brier creek ..rant over

We found this gem by accident. We are in Raleigh for a business trip and visited the mall to pick up a few needed items. Hunger struck and we happened upon this amazing place. Service was pleasant and professional. Large portions of delicious food served hot and without delay. The beer was cold and exactly what we needed. You must stop here when at the mall for a bite to eat or just to enjoy a beer.

Great food, large portion sizes, the entire staff is/can be/may be attentive, not just your own table server. Table arrangements indoors are okay, outdoor patio always looks nice.

The food was good but they charge $1 for every side sauce including mayo and honey mustard. I’ve never seen that before in any restaurant.
