We have been coming here for years. Love Kathy and the staff. Make us feel like family. Food is great and never had anything bad. Soups are homemade and the chicken noodle soup is great. Great service.

Such a home feel restaurant, the owner is so very sweet and always asks how you are doing. Makes you feel good when you have the soups here it’s a taste of home in a cup.

Not great food, very creasy and small portions. The food was burnt, dry and tasteless.

Sadly, I have to leave a negative review on one of my favorite spots in Raleigh.
We have frequented this restaurant for several years, and the last two visits we noticed the cost for breakfast has skyrocketed. Our most recent meal today for three people cost almost $85. This included 2 cups of soup, one omelette, two Overeasy eggs with one piece of toast (not the 2 pieces one would Expect), Chicken and waffles, 2 cups of coffee, and two juices. unfortunately, we can no longer afford to eat here. We have loved supporting this owner as she is an amazing person, but our wallets will no longer allow us to do so.

Had breakfast and tried the new omelette. It was delicious! Evidently, there's a new chef and he's terrific. We always get a warm welcome and the best customer service here!!

We had a party of 4,Once sat we were greeted by a waiter a little while after. Gave the drink order,After we decided the waiter came back took our order. Upon receiving our food the plates were EMPTY, as if it was a ration on food. The omelette looked like it was only 1 1/2 egg worth. Seems as if it was ONLY 1 potato worth of serving of home fries. And with my order I added extra eggs no extra was added, asked for home fries literally one potato worth.I never asked for my steak to be cut and unfortunately NO seasoning was harmed during the process of cooking the steak. To add insult to the absence of food I couldn’t even bite thru the steak. They cut the steak the wrong way which made it completely impossible to eat let alone no knife was given. Our waiter didn’t come back to check on us.Which added to the frustration. The food was very sparingly served not to mention the “restaurant”wasn’t that busy.

Spending a lot of time visiting the Northeast growing up, I'd always longed for the authentic diner experience here in Raleigh. I wish I'd discovered Creedmoor Cafe sooner, because this family-owned restaurant is just what I'd always envisioned! The moment I saw a lox and onions omelet on the menu, I knew this place was going to deliver. Our server was super friendly, and it's clear the employees are proud to work here. I thoroughly enjoyed my brunch and look forward to bringing friends and family back in the future. For those with a discerning taste for authentic diner food, you won't be disappointed!

Had another terrific meal at one of our favorite local breakfast spots. Food is always predictably good, not too fancy, with a very cozy vibe for a Sunday morning. ***During this recent visit, the TVs weren't operational and it made the breakfast even better with no digital distractions to pull my attention away from my family. Here's hoping that continues!

Food was good, although I wasn’t full after an eggs benedict and pancake. I wish the plates were a biiiit bigger. However I would absolutely go back — I liked the atmosphere a lot and the pancakes were very good. Looking forward to returning.

The Opening: This is a cozy little cafe tucked in a little corner. You get greeted and seated by a very professional hostess who smiles as if she was expecting you and glad to welcome you in.

The Service: While very professional and even personable, the waitress wasn't ready for the out of the box type of ordering. There was a small communication stumble but, because she was very attentive we moved through it .

The Food: I had the combo that featured 2 pancakes, scrambled eggs and sausage patty. My special (out of the box) request was to have very thin pancakes. I explained if the cook used only half of the babber for each and then spread them out they would be thin enough. However, instead of getting 2 thing pancakes, I got 4 half size but just as thick as normal pancakes. I sent 2 away.

As is the case with many eateries the syrup and butter were brought out ahead of the cakes. However, the butter wasn't softened as it was perhaps taken from the fridge and the syrup was colder than room temp. When the cakes arrived I had to request hot syrup to help melt the butter and turn the pancakes into hot cakes. After a few minutes the staff delivered a small bowl of hot syrup.

With this being my first experience at the Creedmore Cafe, I can't say they hit many of the expectations of a breakfast eatery. My cakes were more grainy than expect and there was a neverending pot of room temp coffee. I will say the eggs and sausage were on par.

There not very many people there but after all, it was Friday morning.
