Pizzas looked great but didn't have time so we had pasta. Flavor was really good. The garlic knots were so tasty!

I'll give it 2 Stars, the food was really good so it wasn't that. The seating arrangements inside the restaurant are weird. We were set close to the kitchen at felt like we were kind of sitting in the way. So we asked to be moved. One of the waiters stated "We can't move you outside of this room, that room is closed off". The extra space was "closed off". A couple walks in, and they wanted to sit in there and were granted. Another couple walks in behind them, and got sat over there as well.. that's a bit confusing. I thought it was "closed off". We didn't want to sit in a table with 6 seats and there's only 2 of us occupying that table. That's not weird right?

This isn't bad pizza, it just isn't great pizza. And since it's not that hard to make great pizza at home, I really don't understand the popularity of this place, I'm sorry.

Believe me when I tell you I've tried every NY style Pizza in Raleigh. Cristos is the best and it's not even close. Reasonably priced too.

I went into Cristo's at 4:30pm on a weekday when it wasn't busy. The waiter was very nice, but very young & inexperienced (can't fault him for that). I asked him for recommendations & he suggested a chicken pasta dish. We discussed the blue crab ravioli, but I decided against it because of the mushrooms in it; mushrooms just don't seem like they'd pair well with seafood. So, I requested the chicken pasta dish. While I was waiting for my meal, I noticed a woman with shoulder-length dark hair criticizing the waiter. I understand that he's new & young, but it's not good management practice. "You should praise in public and criticize in private." The Caesar salad came & was good. I didn't use a lot of the dressing, which I ordered on the side, because it was extremely salty--this coming from a person who loves salt. Then, to my surprise, one of the other servers in the restaurant put a plate of blue crab ravioli in front of me. Not wanting to wait longer for the cook to make what I actually ordered, I decided to just keep the dish. The sauce tasted very "heavy" with an unpleasant aftertaste (vodka?) & it was impossible to taste the crab and shrimp. When the waiter came by to ask how I liked it, I clearly (but politely) told him that I didn't like the sauce & that I couldn't taste the ravioli & shrimp. He apologized and went to check on another table. I scraped all of the sauce to the side & off of the ravioli. A manager didn't come by to check on me despite my complaint. As I was paying the bill, I asked to speak to the manager & the dark-haired lady walked over to my table. I explained the problem with the sauce and, pointing to my to-go box, stated that I was going to take the leftovers home, rinse the sauce off of the ravioli & shrimp, and give the rest to my dogs because I couldn't eat it. She smirked and said, "I'm sorry that you didn't like it." I also asked how one was supposed to eat the shrimp with their tails on in such a saucy dish. She replied that it was normal--"All restaurants do that." Strange, I've never been served a pasta dish like that. I don't want to put my hands in the sauce to pull the tails off. Other than the bad-tasting sauce & the rude manager, I have no complaints. But, I won't return because of her rudeness. The stars that I gave were for the waiter, who was very polite. I understand that people make mistakes, but the manager treated him badly & was impolite to me. No excuses for that.

Chow now more like chow later.Ordered food at 6:08pm on Friday. Was told 25-30 minutes according to online ordering/chow now.Once ordered new time was 1 hour and 20!!!Don’t trust chow now.Restaurant was willing to cover the order without me asking. Kudos to them. So 5 stars. Great service from restraunt but not from online orderer they are using.

Best margarita pizza I've ever had!Crust is perfectly crisp and chewy, the sauce is so good. Great service from Angela. I'm coming back and bring my family, this is going to be our Italian restaurant here in Raleigh .

Since a lot of pizza places are closed on Mondays, ordered take out from Cristos. I can't speak to any of their other dishes, but the Brooklyn (Margherita) pizza was mediocre at best :/ Heavy tomato sauce with chunks of garlic and the dough was lackluster. Can't complain about cheese.... but yeah as a pizza snob, this was disappointing :/

Just ordered from here for the first time. I love pizzerias, they have so much in one spot. My go to when trying a new pizzeria out is to order the Cheese steak. To me I feel like most pizzerias focus on my making excellent pizza and negligent their other menu items. Not this place!! The cheesesteak was amazing!!! The bread was soft and warm, the meat seasoned well, the mushrooms, pepper and onions were fresh and delicious. I couldn’t actually taste the individual favors of the vegetables. 10/10. Would recommend and I can’t wait to go back and try something new. Great jobs guys!

This restaurant was delicious! I ordered their bruschetta & Chicken Florentina (full description in picture), both were very tasty! I went there just before it got super busy for dinner so I was able to get good service.I would definitely come back here again to try out their other dishes!
