Exceptional customer service - I am always greeted with a warm smile by the personnel, which makes every visit pleasurable. The cookies are consistently delicious, unlike other locations where I have seen quality falter. In my opinion, this is the best Crumbl store in Raleigh.
The staff here are great, I haven’t had any negative experiences yet and it’s always so clean! The staff greet you with a seemingly authentic smile and I always end up laughing at some point before I leave. I’d recommend this crumble cookie to anyone. 🤗
