Awesome ramen (perfect temp, nice noodles, spicy tan tan spicy but not too much, fresh bok choy, big serving, pretty bowls), excellent service, nice atmosphere, very clean big bathroom. Highly recommend.

I hate having to go to Raleigh! But i had to try this place and it was the best ramen in north carolina......well out of durham and cary. I didnt take pics of the hand rolls. But it was mid, I got the tuna, salmon, scallop, and crab handroll combo set. I sat at the bar and I meet a new person. But the ramen was the highlight and the price was great and so was the sake. Great food, great ambiance

Great atmosphere, and appetizers were excellent! The main attractions, the ramen dishes, were extremely salty. The broth was pretty bad. Nice little spot for a date, but definitely a one and done kind of place.

One of the best Ramen in the triangle area. Food is delicious, service is excellent. They have the Japanese beer asahi which is not that common to find. This is my go to restaurant for a nice ramen dinner with my friends.

Came from out of town and wanted some good ramen. This place delivered! The daijobu tonkatsu ramen was so good and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Definitely coming back

DIAJOBU is a small spot with good food overall. The starters are excellent and the ramen is very satisfying. The hand rolls are just average and not worth ordering compared to the other items. Service is fine, nothing special. Be aware the restaurant is quite small, and the kitchen closes early around 1:45 PM on Tuesdays.

This place was so good I went twice within 24 hours. All appetizers that I ordered were so well balanced and addicting.

No wait time. Good choice of hand rolls. Ramen is very tasty. Very few vegetarian options.

Excellent ramen spot! Very cozy vibe with bar seating, a larger community table in the middle and individual tables along the side. Quick service for a busy Friday night. We enjoyed the crispy rice with spicy tuna, crab hand roll, tonkotsu, and spicy miso for dinner. Im a big fan of black sesame and found the crème brûlée delicious, I could have that for dessert everyday. We will 100% be back.

Wow
Great food, the spicy tan tan is some of the best ramen I’ve had in Raleigh. The hand roll was crispy and the crab was real so it’s a win win all around.
The ambience is great, it’s a ramen bar style and my only regret is I didn’t eat here at night because I’m sure it’s beautiful. Will probably come back so much that they get tired of me.

A new favorite spot for my family. The broth was super flavorful. Portion size was perfect. Spice level was perfect for me, but a little too spicy for my wife. The crispy rice was great, but if they did sliced tuna vs chopped I think it would allow the tuna to not fall off so easily. Over all the experience was great.

The Spicy Tan Tan and Tonkatsu Ramen were both great, especially the broths. I wish there were more vegetables, but otherwise the proteins were great. Service was especially good and it's located in a great people watching spot too.

Outstanding ramen. The Spicy Tan Tan is absolutely slammed with flavor. So good I had to take the remaining broth home.
