Do not order through Door dash or Uber. They do not seal their food. I received an order wide open. When I called they said it’s nothing they can do it about it. Refunds are made through uber.
The freezer racks were laying on the sticky floor. There is no grill. Hot menu was basically microwaved hotdogs. Turned around and walked out
Service was quick and friendly. Losing a star just because I didn't really enjoy this Superman blizzard.
Great Ice Cream. Horrible staff.
The staff working Thursday night may 29 were absolutely awesome. They were very happy and very friendly. Our ice creams were perfect
I got a blizzard and smoothie. Good quality and nice employees.
Delicious and quick service!
A family favorite
Went to the one in Raleigh, NC. I got the vanilla cone dipped in chocolate, don't know how many times they dipped the cone but the coating was too thick
Good location, plenty of free parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles. Store was clean and well staffed by friendly employees.
Usuals DQ fare, prices were fair and portions were ample.

this was my first time going to dairy queen, the experience was not great at all because the older lady cashier was rude and huffing and puffing because i couldn’t decide what i wanted so i just chose pick something random, i am never coming back it wasn’t worth the money and how i got treated
the older lady at the front is really rude and dismissive will not be returning
While visiting the Brier Creek Commons, I decided to pop in after lunch. My daughter and I have never been to DQ. We heard about the famous dipped soft serve cones. Another guest in line encouraged us to try them. We decided on the chocolate dipped cones. These were excellent for just $3.49. Customer service was cheerful and the line moved fast. I'd love to return and try a blizzard for dessert.
I had been looking forward to the free ice cream event for weeks, and I can't express how disappointed I am with the rude treatment I received—especially from who I assume was the store manager or owner.
When I reached the counter, I discovered that the dipped flavor I wanted was not available. It was unclear whether they had run out or simply weren’t offering it, but when I asked for clarification, the manager’s responses were short, sharp, and rude. My two friends who were with me felt the same way.
There were no signs indicating that only Vanilla or vanilla and chocolate swirl/mix cones were available or that dipping would cost an extra dollar. When I mentioned that I hadn’t seen this information advertised anywhere online, the manager sarcastically responded, “The cone is free and you’re complaining about a dollar?” It was SO rude, unnecessary, and frankly, embarrassing.
As I continued asking basic questions, he accused me of ‘backing up his line’—as if I was being unreasonable for simply wanting clarity. The only dipped flavors being offered were cherry and chocolate, neither of which I was particularly interested in. I politely asked if the cherry had a strong flavor since some cherry dips can be very intense while others are more subtle. Instead of a helpful response, he snapped, “It’s cherry, what do you think it tastes like?”—which didn’t actually answer my question.
By that point, I was completely disgusted. Had I been alone, I would have left immediately. However, since my friends had traveled quite a distance from Durham, I stuck it out.
Unfortunately, I will never be patronizing this location again. The manager himself desperately needs customer service training—he was patronizing, dismissive, and overtalked customers, as if answering simple questions was a burden.
I had looked forward to a fun, lighthearted experience to end my day on a good note. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome—far from the joyous celebration with friends I had envisioned.
