Main complaint is that the rice throughout the burrito was very crunchy: hard to tell if it was very under cooked or had sat for a long time and dried out. Also, told to come back in 5 minutes for the order, but it took 15-20 minutes. I didn’t expect fast food, but when they don’t have buzzers and I have to keep walking back over to check, it gets obnoxious.

I was very disappointed.ive been wanting to try this place for a year now. I got the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla which is a secret menu item. They gave me chips salsa and this orange ranch dip the quesadilla left me feeling so sick everything was overly salted and just tasted so salty. Its hard to mess up a quesadilla so that was very disappointing. The amount of cheese they put was sickening and the chicken was dark brown and didn't look appetizing didn't taste much bacon the sauce was super salty and the chips as well. I ended up throwing away the food because of how salty it was. It was horrible especially for a quesadilla. For $14 def no. Would never try this place again.

This place was incredible from start to finish! Kelly was super helpful and extremely polite as well as patient in giving me time to decide what I wanted. The food was exactly as advertised and the portions along with the flavor combinations were all spot on.
I high recommend checking them out and I for one will definitely be back!
Used to eat here 3 times a week but they got rid of the shrimp burger burrito for no reason. Ever since then I don’t eat here anymore. Why remove the best item from the menu.

Was passing by today on a quick day trip and stopped for a late lunch…. Delish as always. Brought a friend for her maiden voyage too. Teriyaki bowl. I usually drive thru but ate inside today. Staff was super nice! 🌟 Don’t miss the crème brûlée including the Nutella one.

The jerk chicken burrito bowl was just okay. I was expecting a dish with a more intense kick, and more seasoning/spiciness. The jerk flavor was were surprisingly subtle. However, the chips and salsa were a definite highlight.

I've had two different burritos from here, both were pretty average unfortunately. They should really grill the outside of the burrito or something, the texture wasn't great. On the other hand, their chips and salsa are very fresh tasting and stay crispy: that's a positive! They are also cheaper than their competitors, it's worth noting

Just got the Asian pulled pork burrito for delivery. The pork was old and gamey and had a bad smell. This is the second time this location has let me down. Used to eat at the Morehead location all the time.

Tai went above and beyond! As soon as I paused at the menu, she greeted me warmly and asked how she could help. When I mentioned I was gluten-free, she immediately offered corn tacos and even wiped down the prep bar to ensure there were no traces of gluten. When I ordered guac instead of sour cream, she double-checked whether I preferred it on the tacos or on the side. Such thoughtful service made for a great experience — thank you, Tai!

Ordered tonight after many many previous orders. Food was tasty as usual but the portion was tiny today. Looks like they’ve cut both the portion and the container sizes. I understand the economy is tough but I’d rather a place raise the prices a little rather than resort to child-sized portions at adult prices. (Tape dispenser and cutie orange for scale)
