Nicole is an Amazing server! Super friendly and professional. Service was quick even though it was busy. Food was great! Ample parking and wheelchair accessible. Classy atmosphere for first dates or business lunches.

We have been going to Dante's for my birthday for about 5 years. The food has always been outstanding. Not this year! We waited 45 minutes for our dinner. Mine was salmon with pasta in a sauce that was so over cooked it was solid and the fish was dry. There were 9 of us and only one meal was good. We were told they were under new ownership. We didn't ask for a refund but should have. This will be my last visit until I hear better about them. Very disappointed!

The food used to be fantastic but with new ownership, has declined. Our dinners were served after new customers had come and left!! The food was cold once served - very disappointing.

This was our first time eating at this establishment and will certainly be the last as I was seriously disappointed. The decor is drab and dated. If you’re seated near the door you’ll be constantly interrupted by it opening and closing by folks picking up orders and waiting to be seated. Bring a sweater because if it’s chilly outside you’ll get a rush of cold air each time the door opens. The food was mediocre at best - lasagna was a small portion, not served hot - just tepid and definitely not the multiple layers of meat and cheese you would expect from a traditional Italian restaurant. The bread is bland and dry. And they charge $5.50 for a side salad! Come on, the entrees are quite expensive (lasagna $20) and you charge extra for a side salad. Definitely not worth it. Look over the bill carefully as there’s a $5 service fee to use a credit card. Very tacky for what’s promoted as a fine dining restaurant. With plenty of other choices we won’t be returning.

While this place has a good general look ,
cleanliness and the service is great , it's evident at the table bread that the meal is going to be at best average .
The shaker of powdered parmesan on the table should have been a dead giveaway , but I'm always the Optimist .
Sauces fail to WOW in the dishes but the marinara wasn't bad .
The general concensus among all was , "MEH" .
Sorry , but punch up the garlic , basil and spices order for the sauces and get a block of real cheese .
Also , frozen ravioli doesn't deep fry well .

A little dated on the interior however don't let that fool you. I think the food is better than past reviews would have you think. Best Italian I've found around Wake Forest/North Raleigh so far.

Excellent experience!
My wife had veal piccata over spaghetti.
I had chicken with broccoli and lemon sauce over farfalle.
Finished it off with an amazing tiramisu.
We plan to come back on a recurring basis!
