De Plantas is a MUST. I had the Birria Pizza and Takidilla and I'm still thinking about it. The flavors were layered, the texture was spot-on, and you’d never guess it’s plant-based. This truck is doing things most full restaurants can’t even pull off. 10/10.

I never write reviews but this truck deserves it. The vibe is chill, the people are friendly, and the food is out of this world. I'm not vegan, but I’d eat here every week.

Had the chik’n nuggets with fries—simple but SO well done. The seasoning and crispiness are better than most fast food joints. Plus, the dipping sauces go crazy.
The flavors are wild. You don’t even miss the meat. The cheese, the sauce, the crunch… chef’s kiss.
