De Plantas Food Truck is a vegan paradise! My taste buds are still dancing from the incredible flavors we experienced there. We opted for the vegan birria tacos and vegan ramen, and let me tell you, they were out of this world!The vegan birria tacos were a revelation. The tender, flavorful "meat" paired perfectly with the rich, savory broth, and every bite was a symphony of taste. And as for the vegan ramen, it was a bowl of pure comfort. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the broth was so flavorful, I wanted to drink it by the gallon!Now, here's the only problem we encountered: the portion size. The vegan birria tacos were so delicious that we found ourselves craving more after devouring the first two. So, naturally, we had to go back for seconds! But hey, I'm not complaining. If anything, it's a testament to just how good the food is at De Plantas.If you're a vegan foodie or just looking to explore plant-based options that will blow your mind, De Plantas Food Truck is a must-visit. Trust me, you won't regret it. Five stars all the way!

I ordered this individual $26 pizza only for it to be completely burnt on the bottom. (see pics) I tried so hard to eat around it but all I could taste was burnt. I was so sad bc I was hungry and my mouth was watering for it. It is extremely hard to find good vegan food, so this mishap was disappointing to say the least, it's a rookie mistake. I can tell the flavor would have been great had it not been burnt. The cook said she would refund me. Haven't seen it yet.

A bit late on my review, but I have to say this place is delicious 10/10. I drove 25 minutes just to try it & was well worth the drive. The young lady that made my food was very sweet and helpful. Parking easily accessible. Will be returning Next week for dinner. Definitely a must try! A+++Parking: GPS will have you turning into the gym that’s there but the parking is right behind the Gabe’s store where’s there’s a huge free parking lot next to the truck.

Changed to a Vegan/Vegetarian diet over the last 6 months and had a few friend’s recommend this food truck and I finally got the time to try it. My husband and I ordered the Quesa Birria taco’s with Consommé, Birria loaded fries, Big No Mac taco and the Taki chicken quesadilla. The food was absolutely delicious, very flavorful and fulfilling. The customer service was super friendly, taking time to answer our question’s. The truck also has beautiful artwork, you can’t help but to notice it and also has plenty of parking on the backside of the truck. We most definitely will be returning, one of our new favorite place’s!Vegetarian options: Everything on menu is plant-basedKid-friendliness: Nice picnic table with umbrella for eating there with children.

The lady prepping the food ignored me before finally asking me what I wanted then telling me that she is not vegan and does not eat here. Wow mind blown! If she doesn't eat there I'm not either. I did have a taste for vegan tacos.

I have been trying different vegan spots looking for that wow factor. I can say this place was worth the drive a gem hidden! I absolutely love my food. It is hard finding food that is flavorful and cooked with love! I definitely recommend and will be back, the portion was just and hit the spot!
This food truck is like an Oasis in the middle of a chaotic parking lot. the people are so friendly and so welcome in that you forget what is around you. the food is vegetarian and quite tasty. For a food truck.Parking: It is located in the parking lot of extreme cheer. as long as you're there. When a session is not getting out, it is easy to find parking. But the opposite is true too!
