Have been to this location many times. Unfortunately, each time has gotten progressively worse. We were served cold coffee to start with. She did make a new pot. Ordered pancakes, asked multiple times for syrup, and was not given any till I asked for a third time for a to-go box to leave. My husband ordered chicken fried steak that tasted and felt like it had been microwaved. The mashed potatoes were inedible and tasted like they had been made with soured milk. We did send the steak back, and they took it off the bill. Would understand if this was a busy time, it was 2:30pm and only two other parties in the restaurant.

Katelin charged me for food i had remade not once but twice. I am very unhappy with my service. The pancakes were very burnt at the bottom. I will no longer be supporting any dennys

Last night we went since we were craving some good ol' pancakes. There were only 4 tables taken, we were waiting for someone to take us and a blonde guy with lenses finally decided to give us a table... we were waiting 20 minutes and no service was ever given, did not even offered to give us something to drink...ON TOP OF THAT, other people after us were given tables and they were served properly... they just did not wanted to served us for some reason. This left me with a really bad taste in my mouth and I hate to say this cause I really liked this place. Oh well.

We left and ate elsewhere cause why we would be waiting if they really did not wanted to served us xD

Well first of all my bacon and my sausage was cold, grits was lumpy. I just did not enjoy my food. I ate it cause I was hungry and didn't want to wait much longer for my food

It took forever to get our food. We never was offered additional drinks. We never got the toast that was supposed to be with our order. We had to ask for our hash browns that was missing. The additional salad we ordered was never brought until we had to ask about that which the waiter finally brought after I had finished the other parts of my meal.

Worst place you can dine in and the White Male (supervisor or manager)(Night shift) is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! He is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THAT DOESNT LIKE TO HEAR OUT A CUSTOMER's COMPLAINT. HE DONT CARE!!! He is very Rude and mean!!! But thanks to the female (supervisor or Manager) who got a chance to hear my complaint and solved the problem very civilized.

My wife ordered the All American Grand Slam and I got the Ultimate Omelette, we also got a biscuit and gravy and Cinnamon Roll pancake.

My wife’s sausage tasted weird and left a bad after taste as if it were expired, in addition she asked for no cheese on her eggs but still received it. Everything about my food came out great except the biscuit and gravy which tasted off and as well expired. Did not end up finishing the sausage or biscuit and gravy. Cinnamon Roll pancake was the only thing that was an excellent save.

Service was great and was greeted as soon as I got there. In addition they also made sure I got everything and had all my drinks.

My husband and I waited for about 20 minutes for a server to even acknowledge that we were there after the hostess sat us. Nobody even gave us a second glance and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. As a matter of fact, most of the waitstaff was just standing around and talking to each other. I have over 27+ years in the restaurant industry as a former server and I know that waiting tables and dealing with the public can be stressful, but there isn't any excuse for the treatment we received from the staff there.

The food preparation was absolutely terrible. I asked for fried eggs with cracked yolks, but the eggs I received had intact yolks and were cooked medium instead. I sent them back to be recooked. Additionally, I noticed that my hash browns were burnt. I also ordered a medium-well sirloin, but it arrived bloody; it seemed more like medium or medium-rare to me. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos for proof. At this point, I was ready to leave.

I really have issues with the Denny's in Garner. First was this odor that started in the parking lot, and was stronger on the inside. I don't know exactly what it was, however I can't eat while smelling an unpleasant odor. Nevertheless, my friend said maybe it would be fine. The food began to taste like the smell. I know that was my imagination that took over. However my appetite was spoiled. Secondly the unsweetened Tea was horrible, and the lemon slices had been frozen or they were just spoiled. I won't be going back to this particular Denny's any time soon. Six thumbs down 👎👎👎👎👎👎.

Wow...where to Begin? So, Hubby and I both wide awake at 3:30am. He doesn't go to work till 7:30 and I am hankering to be spontaneous and go get breakfast like we Used to do when we were younger😏 I have a procedure next Tuesday and start a "low fiber diet" today til then...Denny's it Is. We get there about 4:30 am to 2 staff members (?) outside and turns out 1 is our waitress, according to the Ticket "Katelin A.". Inside we see a table of 3 young men being served by the second waitress. Katelin comes in and seats us then we order coffee. They come and we look at the menu..."Late Night" only. I call her over and ask her if they have the Senior Menu available and she gets the Normal menus we usually see. (1) She comments "We don't Normally see people your age here at this time". We order, she leaves. She comes back about 5-10 minutes later and says my "Starter" comes with 4 items and I only ordered 3...I asked her for the menu back then pull it up and walk through what I had ordered: 1 egg scrambled well, bacon, hash browns, and white toast, no butter: 4 items, (2)... which I Had Ordered. She leaves and Finally puts our order in. We drink our coffee and wait. She walks by several times ignoring Brock's empty cup at the edge of the table so (3) I call her over as she stands there less than 7 feet away from us paying attention to the table of 3 guys. We get the coffee and (4) have to ask for more creamer for the empty creamer dish. We wait for our Food through Another cup of coffee. In the meantime the manager leaves. We are Still waiting. When the Food arrives, my 1 egg has 2 pieces of sausage and Brock's 2 eggs have bacon...(5) then there's a Separate Order of Bacon Neither of us ordered and (6) No toast that comes with mine. We switch up plates, I scoop up the Rest of Brock's egg to his plate then Send back the extra bacon. All of the Food is Cold. We eat. Again: out of Coffee. (7) Brock Finally got up and took Both of our cups to her to get more coffee. (8) She Finally brought my toast when I was Pretty Much done and (9) at No Point did she remove the trash we had Neatly stacked at the edge of the table. She comes by to see if we needed anything else so we asked for the check...(10) On it is a charge for 2 slices of bacon $2.99. I said "Excuse me, ma'am" trying to call her over and the Other waitress came over. I explained that we didn't order the bacon and we had sent it back. Katelin comes over and says there (11) was no way to take it off the ticket. I told her we didn't order it and we didn't eat it and we weren't paying for it. She said (12) the manager wasn't there so she couldn't take it off. I told her we would pay for what we ordered. She said the manager would be back at 7. I told her my husband needed to go to work and we would not be waiting. I suggested she create a new Accurate ticket then have the manager void this one out when he returned. She Finally walked off and called him. The time of our ticket: 5:27am. (13) I hour for 2 very simple and very basic meals, served cold, and Insulted to Boot: If we have This opportunity again, we will Either go to Waffle House or wait for Biscuitville or IHOP...It's Just not Worth It.
