I usually try to only leave good reviews for places but this ones just a disaster. The past 4 times we've tried to order online (at 10pm 3 hours before close) for some reason the order time changes to 10:30am the next day. Call to try and get it fixed? Sit on hold for 10 minutes to then get told "it won't let me change the order time". then the refund takes a week. Foods good when you actually manage to get it though so I guess if you roll the dice it's worth it when it pays off. Or just go pickup. The delivery system is an absolute disaster though.

Ordered for pick up off the app. Order was ready
in proper amount of time. Upon pick up at 10pm. I
could barely hear anything in the store due to loud
noise from workers trying to clean and loud music and likely trying to leave. After getting home, I realized my pizzas were improperly prepared. Tried to call the store back to see what I could do to right their wrong and couldn't even get ahold of an employee after 20 minutes with multiple calls.

Went to Domino's two times this year. Walked away with nothing two times. They were advertising Specials; and when you go there, they do not honor their specials. No management.

We ordered a pizza last night after we got back to the hotel rom a concert. It was 11:30 but they were still open. We ordered from the app. It kept giving updates that pizza was in the oven, then was being checked for perfection, then finally that it was on the way. I went to the lobby while my wife stayed in the room. I had out the room number on the order, but went to the lobby to make it easier for the driver... then i get a message that order was completed, hope we enjoy... but never any driver. this meant the driver intentionally entered it as delivered, knowing the store would be closed and we couldn't reach anyone that night and stole our food and went home. I tried to call the store, it was only 8 minutes after close and no one answered. We left to return home (3 hours away) this morning before they opened. When they opened today called and i got the automated system and selected the speak with manager selection (3) after a while on hold the manager answered and i asked if this was the manager, and was instantly, without hi speaking a word put e back on hold, no "hold a minute" or anything.. terrible phone skills. After several minutes he came back on and again i asked if he was the manager. after he confirmed i explained what happened and that i wanted a refund. he told me i HAD to come to the store to get it issued. i told him that i was 3 hours away back home already, and he told me that that was the only option, because i had to prove i was who i said i was and he needed the receipt. he tried to say it was over 24 hours ago so that was the only choice. I had to remind him it was less than 12 hours ago, and that i tried to call last night but they were closed and i called as soon as they opened. He became very hostile and escalated the conversation into a confrontation. After a long monolog from the guy, i finally got in " what type of proof can i give you there that i cant give you over the phone, i had card number, order details, and they would have my call from last night from the same number on their system. he kept trying to say he needed me to prove i was who i said i was. When i finally explained if i was someone else how would i have all this information, and that i only wanted my card i used last night (through paypal) refunded, i could tell it finally clicked as his tone and volume changed. he finally agreed that we could do this over the phone, and went back to the office and indeed all my details were there in his system. He said he did not know they could do it this way. Evidently dominoes does not have much training with regards to customer relations. He also was not bothered by the employee not bothering to reach out and just taking off with my food. Worst experience with dominoes in the 40 years i have bee buying from them

Philly cheese steak sandwich is the best thing on their menu. And the one I got today was cooked perfectly. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The chicken carbonara pasta is the next best thing on the menu. And the one I got today the pasta was cooked very well there was a lot of onions mushrooms bacon chicken. It was very good. I would give the sandwich and 8.5 out of 10 and the pasta and 8.1 out of 10.

That they have bathrooms and a water fountain that they have a snack at the entrance and at the exit so that one can go home satisfied I did a great service
