This store is extremely understaffed. There was only one person who was making all the orders. I placed a mobile order carry out. Even after waiting for 1hr 15min, I was told to wait 15 minutes more. When asked I was told to wait 15 minutes more. I can't blame the staff, but this needs to be fixed and I would like my money back.

I wish I could put zero stars twice.. the first time I ordered at 10pm I didn’t get my order till 12:30am pizza was cold and did not have extra pepperoni cheesy bread was undercooked only thing offered when complained was a free pizza that would not compensate me I was expecting a refund.Today I made an order and was in the making and was called and informed that they didn’t have a driver why have that option available if there isn’t any drivers..something needs to be done.

Order #1125Walked in at 8:50pm for a 2 medium pizza carryout. I was told about 20 minutes then watched a single employee work for over 40 minutes. I finally asked where my order was and was told another 15 minutes before it would be ready. He was understandably frustrated with the line of tickets that he was handling by himself. This poor man had two drivers but no one to help him with the numerous tickets. Somebody get this man some help. There is no reason for him to be by himself with hour long ticket times. I can’t fault the guy by himself but I want my money back

We called the store, and the poor girl staffing the phones told me she only had one driver available on St. Patrick's Day. She said she'd get it sent as soon as someone was there.I asked if it wasn't cold by now, she assured me not. I was skeptical, but I took her at her word. She said if it was that I could call back and get a refund.When it arrived, not only was it cold, half the order was wrong. I stopped the driver, and he said to call the store for a refund. When I called the store back, it appeared that the call queue had been deactivated--normally the auto-queue answers, but this time it just rang and rang until the phone disconnected.I want to be abundantly clear: this is neither the fault of the person who answered the phone nor the driver. I do not know how one possibly decides to staff a single driver at your pizza delivery franchise on St. Patrick's Day.Not only is this a bad restaurant, it's faults squarely belong management and ownership.

Pretty standard Domino's location. I'm only giving a 4/5 star because the location itself is a little hard to get to/get out of which messes with some of the delivery times. Other than that, it's pretty good.

I was in there today and yesterdsy and tell me why both days there is a dog chained up behind the front counter and the employee was touching the dog and touching my food that is not a service dog, please do not say a service dog is the same as an emotional support animal, that CAN NOT be with you at work.
