Domino's Pizza

DONT ORDER DELIVERY.

Should have looked at the other reviews before ordering. Dont order delivery! We placed an order for one pizza at 7:21pm. At that point it said it would be here in about 31-41 minutes. Well, it remained on “prep” for 40 minutes. We call and we still have four people waiting for their delivery ahead of us which would mean it would still be a long time before we got our pizza. Also, when we called they said they hadn’t even started making the pizza yet! Terrible business! Dont say I’ll have my food within 31-41 minutes if it is gonna be more like 2+ hours!

This place has gotten progressively worse. Today was the last time I’ll order from here. Delivery estimate was 40-50 minutes. After an hour, the tracker showed our order had not even entered the oven yet. Called the store to make sure they received our order (I know system glitches can happen) and instead I was put on hold for 20 minutes.

I hung up, called back, on hold again, hit “000000” (pro tip) and finally got the store manager. Asked him what the deal was and he offered not even a basic apology for the delay. He said “we have 70 orders all of them can’t be on time”. trash service. pizza was delivered 1 hour after the expected delivery time.

to top it off, it was dry, cold and tasted awful.

This is the 2nd time my order has been misdelivered. My address is clear and precise. The delivery drivers need to get some kind of clarification on their delivery (ask for name for the order and order number) to ensure they are delivering to the right address. I made a phone call to the store and they are making my order again and said it would take 15 mins, but I don’t get anything to compensate for their error in delivery. Beware of making a delivery order.

After making the order for delivery, I was promised between 7:30-7:45p it is ok with me.. Making order at 6:30-6:40 . Very simple (2 large pepperoni pizza)order less than one mile away from hotel i was willing to spend cash. I waited after 8:30. No phone, call no show when I exit out of the hotel. The delivery guide decide to show up. I declined the order do to I know the food would be very 🥶.!!!! Went to Little caesar's, I got better customer service. And picked up my food myself. ((Do not go to this store ever again!!!!)) Talk to the store. They don't care. This is why I give them an f- !!!!!!

I ordered 3 medium pizzas, and my estimated delivery time was 15-25 mins. After a full hour of the order being stuck at "Prep", I called the location to find out what was going on. I waited 3 minutes for the person to answer the call, saying "Thanks for calling, can I place you on hold?" Reluctantly, I agreed and they kept me on hold until I hung up 15 minutes later. The absolute worst service and the worst Domino's experience I've ever had.

I was looking for a replacement delivery restaurant to replace one that I was very disappointed with. I gave this Domino's a try. My first experience was great, and everything arrived faster than expected. This time, the delivery was supposed to take 32-42 minutes. The pizza arrived 133 minutes later. The pizza was warm, not hot. The thin and crispy crust turned out to be thin and soggy. The website was a pain, not recognizing my previous account credentials, established last month. All in all, I would say absolutely don't bother with this place. Keep looking. That's what I'm going to do.

Order took forever. No one answered the phone for ages when I tried to call to check on the status of my order. Still don't have the order and can't cancel online.

bro, the pizza had more hair than cheese, and we ordered a pizza with several toppings and they didn't even give us half of the toppings we paid for.

The tracker showed that my pizza was ready. When I got there it wasn’t in the designated pickup location and the staff couldn’t seem to find it. After a brief search they resumed what they were doing. I got the attention of the staff person boxing the orders and asked about my pizza. He asked for my name again, checked the system and then looked at a pizza that was boxed on the table where he was working. He said, “here it is. I couldn’t find it because it didn’t have a label”. He handed me the unlabeled pizza without a receipt. When I got home I discovered that the pizza wasn’t even cut. This is absolutely the last time I patronize this restaurant. The quality of the food has been declining for a while. This abominable service has clinched my decision to never waste my money and time at this Domino’s ever again.

This place is a crash out take the time to order from somewhere else everything is below grade

Ordered a pan pizza after 3 years. I think this is the second time in my life i threw the pizza to garbage after 2 slices.
Very artificial sweet taste canned pizza sauce and a cheese that doesnt taste milk or dairy.
I cant believe they sell these things as pizza and thousands of people eat everyday

Literally had the worst weekend and was staying in a hotel. didn't get home until almost 1 am. ordered pizza for me & my family. Came sloppy and almost inedible from how ruined it was. even tipped the guy, Roman. and the whole thing was destroyed on the trip. uneven slices that are barely cut and so sloppy that it isn't even edible.

Don't go to this Domino's or at least don't order through the app they'll tell you that your order is ready you get there sit and wait and your order is never ready I go and complain and you at least think they were caught me something for waiting over 40 minutes this Domino sucks and all the staff that work in there
