Domino's Pizza

Our experience at this Domino’s was extremely disappointing. I placed an order for two large pizzas—a pepperoni and a cheese—both requested to be well done and square cut. The order began prepping at 7:00 p.m., and by 7:25 p.m., I received a notification that it was ready and would be brought out to my car.

By 7:45 p.m., no one had come out, so I went inside. Not only was my order not ready, but when it was finally given to me, it did not meet the specifications I requested. The pizzas were not square cut, and they were not well done as ordered.

I ended up leaving the store nearly an hour later than expected with food that still wasn’t prepared correctly. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unacceptable experience.

Ordered pickup last week and they forgot to make one of the pizzas, watched as the dude in charge told the pizza maker not to clear out the pizza until after it was made.

Came back this week bc I was given 50% (not bc they messed up, but a promo code from last week). Well it’s been 40 minutes since ordered and still waiting.

Update: now been an hour since ordered, I don’t think my pizza has even been made

This location is awful. Still waiting for my order... It's been about an hour and a half so far and about 30 minutes listening to the automated phone recording and no one has answered. I don't know if it's going to show up at all. My order wasn't anything complicated. Just a couple 2-topping mediums.

An update:
It eventually ended up left at my door with no knock after 2-3 hours. When I found it, it was cold. It was not there when the pizza I ordered from a different chain was delivered about 2 hours after placing my Domino's order. Still haven't been able to get a response for my refund request.

Placed an online delivery order at 5 pm, it’s past 7 pm and my order apparently isn’t even in the oven according to the tracker. Really wish I read the previous reviews so that I could have avoided this terrible place. I’ve never seen a Dominos this poorly ran ever, just sad.

Very slow. My order said it was being prepared at 9:07. 9:45 and they still haven't even touched it. There were about 7 people waiting for their order. They were focusing more on the delivery orders rather than both. So all of the pick up order had alot of people waiting for a long time.

I’ve ordered from this location multiple times since I’ve moved here the updates on the app is not reliable I can be waiting for my order for an hour and it’s still being prepared.I understand the location can be under staff etc but doesn’t allow this to be an excuse for bad quality food service and work ethic.Having to call to check on my order each and every time.

Mediocre pizza with horrible customer service. My delivery order arrived incomplete and I had to call 3 times to speak with someone. I was told the missing items would be brought shortly and they never arrived. Save yourself the frustration and order from Slice of NY.

Sometimes you may have to wait for more than an hour to get a cheese pizza. Be ready for unexpected delays from them.

I have order multiple times and experience the same issue where food arrived 3 hours later. Also, 2 to 3 hours average for food to get delivered to your.

Manager at this dominos is horrible. Terrible service had to wait an additional 20 for him to hand me my order that I had placed online and was told that it was ready. Alongside waiting overheard the manager yelling and talking down to a black employees. This is very unprofessional and definitely will also be putting a complaint into corporate about this.

It's always a pleasure to come here whenever I pick up pizza. The staff is very friendly, most of them seem like gaming nerds which as a fellow gamer I thoroughly appreciate and the food is always delicious!
