This location is absolutely THE WORST experience I've ever had, period. As we were arriving, we noticed two different Dominoes drivers flying down the main road, and then pulling in to the strip mall at outrageous speeds, both ran stop signs, flew over speed bumps, and cut of drivers who had right of way while doing so. This was the start of our woes. The pizza they gave us had small bits of hair all over it. When we asked to speak to the general manager on duty, we showed them our pizza with hair clearly sitting on top of the pizza. We also told them of our concerns with their drivers speeding through our residential neighborhood, not stopping at stop signs, and running red lights. They ignored that, and then they denied our request for a remake of our order and walked away. When we stated to them that we would right a letter to corporate, the "general manager" yelled at us, while flipping us off, us and our children, in broad view of many other customers waiting long periods for their orders. This place is just horrible. No service whatever, and breaking laws along the way, not to mention posing a risk to our local community. Some day, one of their drivers is going to hit and probably run down, and killing someone in our community due to their reckless driving AND they won't give a s#!t ... Boycott this business at all costs.

I would rate this store a -20 if I could. Food was horrible. Service was trash. Had to drive back to the store location after the forgot to add items to my order; that was paid for. The owner was rude and the associates were rude. I was hung up on twice! This was my first and last time visiting this location and I’ve lived in this area for 4 years. Will never visit this location or recommend this location to anyone. No apologies for the inconvenience or the negligence.

We ordered delivery at 7:35, and online ordering said it would take 30-45 minutes. Fine. at the 1 hour 30 minute mark, I called and was told that the driver was about to be back and our order would go out. Okay fine. I ordered to pick up the order and was told delivery would be faster. Fast forward another hour, the food was delivered to the wrong address.

Order 2 medium 2 topping pizzas + 2 orders of chicken alfredo pasta and an order of the brownies. Both pizzas looked picture perfect and tasted even better than they looked. The pastas were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sauce! And the brownies were ooey-gooey and ABSOLUTELY CHOCOLATEY AND DELICIOUS! Woulda taken a picture or two but everything looked so good i crushed it all IMMEDIATELY. The cooks did a great job on my order, as usual, and the delivery driver was quick and friendly, also as usual. Thanks alot team you guys rarely, if at all, disappoint.

I have dealt with this dominoes for a long time! I love this dominos. Although, this time was the last time. I have never complained about my pizza. My history can confirm. I am a manager as well for a restaurant, but no matter how bad the employees were I have never argued with a customer. I called the store after my incident of receiving cold pizza with a dented box left outside. I even checked the tracker, I thought the gentleman was lost! I sat in my living room like always to wait for a knock; no other driver has ever had an issue with me not answering the door. The manager on duty of 12/8/2023 decided to argue with me after expressing myself and the issue that I had. I honestly couldn’t be mad with the driver. The gentleman even stated maybe I didn’t knock hard enough, but it’s unsafe for him to be outside for to long. ( Respectfully, for his safety I agree even in a nice neighborhood) This gentleman and I were on a very communicative stage! He was such an amazing person and apologetic. I applaud him for doing and saying the right thing.(Accountibility) The first and initial problem that I had the gentleman ( non driver) proceeded to give me push back. Without arguing with him he consistently told me how wrong I was and when I continued to stick to my story he hung up in my face! I never cursed nor used profanity. The second time I called I was placed on hold for 12 minutes and 36 seconds.( screenshot to prove) At that point I felt as though he wanted to avoid me. I finally hung up and called again finally received my driver. Truthfully, he should be a manager. Even though I was so upset he was sweet enough to stand strong and make things right. I refused so many times and proposed to talk to either corporate or a general manager; he stood his ground and apologized over and over! I am so proud of him and his code of ethics. He had a belief to make sure that the customer was satisfied. I am so disappointed in this location and the customer service as a consistent customer. I was offered a credit for the mishap from my driver that I finally accepted because he was so genuine, but I will no longer be ordering from you all ever again.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and bbq wings. Pizza came cold as heck. Was paper thin, barely any dough (see pic). Wings were the most disgusting wings I ever had. Each bite was full of fat. Barely any chicken in the wing and it was soggy like mushy. I’m disgusted enough to come and write this review.

So last week I ordered the same exact order that I ordered today thin crust pizza. Last week it wasn’t burnt me and my family enjoyed it. However this weekend they kept the thin crust pizza in the oven the same time as the hand toss. Watching them take it out I noticed the cheese was burned. So I asked the rude manager is that burned. He rudely dismiss me stating that how thin crust comes out. To sum this up he grabs the pizza toss it in the trash very aggressively telling his workers to make another one and not to keep it in as long. So the problem was how the manager went about to solve a complaint his tone and not taking the time to listen to a unhappy customer. But lucky one of the other fabulous team members (Tonya) took the time to come out and explain and Apologize for her team. Glad that this location has a person like her and the cashier.
