Domino's Pizza

I ordered 2 toppings pizza, however, they added very little close to none. I was very disappointed.

Food was fast and delicious! Found out after the order they were out of Cesar salad, but offered options to make it right. That makes all the difference!

I can't believe it takes 45 minutes for them to deliver a messed up order, consistently. Sometimes it might surprisingly be correct items, but the pizza won't even be cut.

Guess we'll find a new pizza place, not worth wasting money like this when we don't even get what we pay for.

This place has terrible customer service. Don’t promise delivery just for it to be an hour and a half late, and don’t have lazy workers avoiding doing their jobs that they clearly don’t care enough about. The food is great, but unfortunately the service is very poor here.

The owner operator of this place must not like making money. They’ve taken a simple process and complicated it.

To take advantage of the current special, you must order online. Online, there is no way to tell the staff how you want your pizza, i.e., no way to request light sauce or no oregano sprinkled on top of your pizza. Online-only is just a game that does not work for everyone

Order online through the app pretty straightforward. It’s a part that shows your progress stayed on prep for about 30 minutes. I get to the restaurant Seem to be only one person working and other standing Around like zombies. Not sure of the young lady’s name I think it’s Ciera She was the only one who really seemed to know what was going on so I give her kudos for work and effort where everything seem to be coming down on her and everybody asking what do I do she stayed calm and continue to make pizza ssmile

The manager on duty on 7-20-25 on a Sunday did not help us. We ordered 16 honey bbq wings. The kids opened the box and said they are not honey bbq wings. Upon further insurrection, there's a very small drizzle of sauce nobody would notice. Called said we'll be right over with new wings. Lol same thing, wings not coated. Manager says that's how they do it. My 20 years of ordering Dominos, never seen them with the tiniest drizzle of sauce. She tried to fight me on a refund and finally gave in. We will see if I get a refund. Dominos should call me about this issue.

Chicken fettuccini was delicious and very inexpensive but I would have rather paid a little more to have the option to add more chicken on my delivery order. Stuffed cheesy bread is always awesome! Everything was hot on delivery.

Hopefully someone gets a better driver than I had. The driver went to the wrong door for delivery..... I asked him to come around to the door that I was at to accept the delivery, but he refused saying to turn the light on to deliver my pizza and just put the order on the porch. Some kind of customer service. SMH. If you stay close by it might be best to just go and get your own order.

Don’t order from this location, every time they deliver your order it’s either still raw or burnt! The last 3 deliveries have been this way.

My order never came. Called the store and no one answered, called back to order and when they heard my problem they put me on hold again and never answered!!! Waiting on papa John's now... yes I was charged w a delivery fee. Gave 1 star because 0 wasn't available.

Ordered from the Fayetteville Road location and pizza was not done went back. They refunded me my money then I tried it again last night after leaving the NC State fair stopped and got pizza and it’s not done again. Then I called him because they didn’t close until one and it was 15 minutes till Took me Almost 15 minutes for someone to answer and and when he answered, he said hello we’re closed and I said hello. I just ordered from y’all and the pizza is not done again. He hung up on me so I’m very pissed. No dinner last night not good.
