Domino's Pizza

We ordered a hand tossed pizza, half mushroom, half pepperoni with extra cheese and paid for it. When the pizza was delivered, it was cold! Secondly, the side with mushroom had absolutely no cheese on it, not to mention there was no extra cheese. When we called to complain, it was horrible customer service, saying that they would not remake it, redeliver it or refund us. We will not be ordering from Domino’s ever again.

Ordered an hour before close and ten minutes before they stopped delivering and they cancelled my order, astounding how lazy some people are.

The Manager Dennis there has a Very Nasty Attitude & Poor Customer Service when u call and complain about the order not being made right and they also don’t read the board when making pizzas about toppings and cut when u ask and it’s on the order I have kids and with that mouth he got he’ll make someone hurt him so kind of bad.

Ordered very late and showed up late to pick it up. They were extremely friendly and didn’t mind. The food was amazing on top of that. We really appreciated the great customer service and we will be repeat customers. Thanks!

There’s a problem every time. Never give you the extra toppings you pay for and leaves off toppings. Pizza is often undercooked even when you ask for well done. One time my pizza didn’t even come. Go to Poyner instead.

This delivery driver is going to hurt someone. They drove so recklessly, beeping at those going the speed limit in a school zone, almost hitting several cars as they swerved in and out of lanes. We all wound up at the same light anyway. Calm down on the road - a pizza delivery is not worth someone’s life.

Delivered to the wrong address I called them about it they said they would call the driver and call me back, no one ever followed up. Waited a while and my neighbor brought the pizza to my door she said had been left outside her house. She found my information on the receipt. Still haven't heard back from the store with an apology or anything. SMH

This is by far one of, if not the most, nicest Domino’s I’ve ordered from. The food is always great but most importantly, the staff are always welcoming and super friendly. If you’re looking for some good food with great service, I’d recommend this store :
