I wouldn't recommend them. They'll rush your order bc they're short staffed, you'll be waiting forever. They make delivery orders before carryout orders.

I placed an online order at this location for carry out/car side delivery. I originally planned on getting delivery but the usual store I order from was closed already, and this was the next nearest location that was allowing me to submit my order, just not for delivery sense it was a little after 11pm and they closed at 12am. I realized shortly after placing my order this location was further away than I had thought (about 22mins). When I punched it into my GPS it said I would be arriving at 12:16 am, fifteen minutes AFTER they closed. So I decided to call the store and find out if that was going to be okay or not, or if I’d have to just request a refund. I was greeted on the phone by a super friendly manager named Courtland. I explained I would be arriving late to pickup my order. Without hesitation he assured me that he would still be at the store by the time we arrived and to just call when we pulled in, and he’d bring out our order. Just as my husband and I pulled into the parking lot, a belt broke on our vehicle ? Cortland brought our food out to us right away. My husband let him know what was going on with our vehicle snd mentioned we may have to get an Uber home and come back for our vehicle in the morning after buying a new belt. He was very understanding and kind and said it would be fine there overnight. About 15 mins later we were in my husbands car eating our pizza waiting on our Uber and Cortland came outside asking if we would like a water or soda, and then gave us two cokes! Overall he truly had exceptional customer service, the food was fresh and Hot, and my husband and I decided it’s worth the additional 10-12 minute drive to order from this location in the future, because good customer service and genuine friendly people are hard to come by these days and we really appreciated his compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond.

Stopped using this Domino's a year ago... thought I'd try again. Ordered online and called them as soon as I rcvd an order# to request my thin crust pizza be cut in (wheel) 8ths. Was it? NO. Also used window pickup since I had such a terrible curbside (50 min wait for a cold pizza) experience last year. Person walked right by the window after I had already waited ~4-5 mins and reluctantly turned around on the 2nd pass-by after I (politely) honked (again). Additionally, I did not receive my text notification of my "ready" pie nor could I send online feedback as they must update their system after your food is picked up and that never happened. I said never again last year and did it anyway. Not worth the poor customer service for a mediocre pizza.

I was trying to order either take or delivery and the app was not working it kept telling me to call the store. I called, finally got through to someone and asked if I could still use my free pizza that was on my app if I ordered over the phone and picked up. He didn’t know, went to get his manager and never came back on the line. Horrible customer service.

Came to pick up an order today 4/5/24 at 8:18-8:19pm and and one of the employees that handles the food was standing in the middle of the store, with no shame at all, sucking on his hand while I walked up to the store and came into the door. He was so into it, he didn't even realize I was watching. The other 2 employees had their backs turned making pizza, so he thought that no one was watching. He seemed a little startled once he realized I was there, had watched him, and that he'd been caught. I didn't even want my food anymore. I should have asked for a refund, but I just took it home and threw it away. Won't be stopping at this location anymore. Imagine feeling that comfortable to stand in the middle of a food prep area, completely visible to customers, in the wide open, sucking on your hand while at a station to handle food for people.

Two pie order was not correct. 1. Pie one was to be thick crust large, extra sauce and two toppings. Received thick crust with NO sauce. 2. Pie two was to be regular crust, pepperoni and banana peppers. Received pepperoni and green peppers +/- 20 minute ride to store for carry out. Discovered errors after arrival at home. Will check accuracy in-store before leaving from now on, if ever. How is it possible to screw up two pizzas in a row on the make line?

After waiting over an hour for my delivery, I contacted the store and was told my order was delivered to another residence. I was then told I could "go get it" or have the person that it was incorrectly delivered to "bring it to me". I ordered delivery for a reason and chose to not have a food order that had been in someone else's home "brought to me". I'm even baffled that this was the first suggestion as to a solution.I requested a refund and was told I was "all set". Still haven't gotten my refund next business day.The store knew they delivered to the wrong address, didn't attempt to reach out to me to let me know, suggested I "go get it" and then failed to issue my refund.EDIT: It's been five days now since this store took my money and failed to deliver goods and service. They also failed to return my money. And I have not been contacted by anyone other than automated responses, even after being asked to reach out via email.

Lesson learned: Friday evening around 6:45pm everyone wants to order Domino's pizza. The wait time was a bit longer than usual because they were super busy. The employees were operating as a smooth machine, totally in sync. I was impressed watching them in motion. Much respect for this crew.Dietary restrictions: The gluten free crust is good.

Overall good service at dominoes by the way.* The staff there while I entered was chill.* I love their pizza, it is delicious.* Sometimes we order curbside pickup, and they deliver the pizza to you pretty quick. In my opinion and good ideas it'll be cool if dominoes had outdoor seating for eating pizzas. That would be epic!. :)I'm proud of you dominoes for making the BEST PIZZA.! :)

Can’t rate the food because never got it and communication was horrible. They did nothing for us besides refund the money after 30 minutes waiting in the carry out window for an order that was placed 60 minute prior to that and notified me was ready. Do
