Pizza was good but save your money and do not order the wings…. BBQ wings was basically undercooked fried wings with bbq sauce drizzled sloppily on top… quite disappointing!

Never thought I’d rate a Dominoes at 5 star. However this store is outstanding. Clean, friendly and helpful staff and the pizza is pizza. My experience here is simply perfect.

Matthew was amazing and super helpful as I was struggling with my order. He was patient, helpful and made suggestions. Definitely a great experience.

I had a terrible experience with my recent order of a New York-style pizza. When I went to pick it up, the pizza was already cold, despite the order being placed just 10 minutes earlier. It seemed like they reused someone else’s leftover pizza. Additionally, we had ordered extra chicken, but there were only a few pieces on the pizza. This falls far below Domino’s standards. It’s unacceptable to pay for a meal, arrive early, and receive such poor-quality food.

On today, 7/22/24 My husband placed an order for a large pizza and when coming home, the pizza was burnt! I mean a large burnt circle in the middle of the pizza. What’s sad is that, it isn’t like it wasn’t noticeable as you are placing it in the box. Nothing about the pizza was salvageable. To actually box it and expect a family to eat that is truly a smack in the face. My husband called the location and they said they would remake it. More time that is being taken away from our children to eat. This time the new pizza didnt have a burnt center but yet burnt throughout the entire pizza. When asked for the manager, he said “what’up” to my husband and he told him and he needed to talk to him. The manager continued to prep food and not stop to settle a concern from a customer. Or he could of stated I will be with you in just a moment. My husband just grabbed the pizza and left due to the fact he was upset and didnt want to escalate things. We are truly disappointed in the product and the lack of customer care that was shown.

Place not clean, employees included, pizzas are ok. Missing sauces most of time. Garlic bread always tiny and small portions. Customer service Not fast & not professional. No dinning in, I decide I will get my pizza from local pizza restaurants. No more papa John's.

Ordered a large 3 topping pizza with extra sauce. Got home and opened the box only to find a black dried up mess! Disgusting! Called the restaurant requesting another pizza only to be told that the manager said they would not make us another pizza! So we drove back to the restaurant only to speak to some poor kid that the manager had answer the door because he wasn’t man enough. He eventually came to the door. I showed him the dried burned up mess and told him I had worked in a pizza restaurant and that mess would never have left the restaurant! He had virtually nothing to say! We told him they had no customer service & would be sure to write a review. This is the worst Domino’s & should be shut down! Don’t waste your time or your money here!

While the pizzas are usually good, I've had occasional order inaccuracies (missing toppings, incorrect size). Proactive communication about these issues and offering solutions (refunds, remakes) would improve the customer experience. In one instance, an employee bringing out an order to our car during the rain did not acknowledge our attempt to offer a gratuity. Enhanced customer service training, particularly regarding acknowledging customer appreciation, would be beneficial.

Going to pick up order today they kind of messed up on the cheesy bread called and asked if they could do anything for me gave me a refund on my purchase thank you guys for understanding Pizza was great Hope I can help with the review
