Wish I could give a zero, ordered food through Postmates and never received my food. Called store, no answer, I feel like they stole my money.

I placed an order with Domino’s at 9:07 PM, with an estimated delivery time of 9:45 PM. My pizza didn’t show up until 10:45 PM—an entire hour late. I called the store at 10:16 PM to get an ETA, explaining that I had to be at work by 11 PM and planned to eat before leaving. The employee told me it would arrive in 15 minutes, but it actually took another 30 minutes. When the driver finally arrived, I explained that I wouldn’t be able to eat the food because I had to leave for work, and I requested a refund. The driver assured me the store would call and process it once they returned, but no one ever called. When I tried to follow up, I was on hold for 45 minutes before I gave up.

This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this store. They are consistently late, and every time you call to get an ETA, it’s like pulling teeth—you’re forced to argue just to know when your food will arrive. The lack of professionalism is shocking. If you value your time or expect even a basic level of customer service, do not order from this Domino’s. They will let you down. This is a heads-up for anyone considering ordering from this location.

We always order our pizza from here...the kids had an added bonus when Mike delivered our pizza not only did he have amazing people skills but they took picture with his belt

I ordered pizza by 8:00 and I waited until 9:00 but it still didn’t arrive. I decided to call them and the said the pizza was on the way, so we waited for another hour. It still didn’t arrive yet so we called them again around 10:30pm and they said that their oven was broken and the we’re trying to fix it and that our pizza will be done in a few minutes. We waited until 11:00pm but it still never came. The morning we found out that they had already cancelled our order since that night.

Ordered a pizza at 915 restaurant is less than 6 mins from my house. Pizza arrived at 1020 unfortunately it wasnt the pizza I ordered. Driver said he would go back to the store and get the correct order. Called back at 1045. Manager said oh we have your correct order I'm sending the driver back with it now. From 1115 to 1130 we called to get a refund bc the driver never showed. No one answered the phone. Currently still calling smh! Will never order domino's again.

I utilize the curbside delivery option. Each time I’ve ordered my pizzas are fresh and hot. My experience with the staff has been professional and friendly! I appreciate the consistency .

Terrible service and unprofessional staff - I have seen multiple employees boxing pizza's and touching them with their hands, picking up dropped food items and throwing them into the box for the customers. It's disgusting and I will never order from this Domino's again. Not to mention the profanity that I have heard from an employee Michael while I was standing right there with my children! They BLAST profane rap music, the employee taking my order cannot even hear me it's so loud. It's basically a frat house anytime I go there and I'm done.

Ordered pizza on app said It was ready. got there waited 40 mins for my two med pizza workers telling me five mins waited and waited got nothing but my refund back never again worst service

Anytime I call to make an order the manager always has an attitude, order arrives late. Last few times I made an order it was cancelled with no notification. This time I’m going through the same thing. My grandmother has diabetes and it’s hard to get her sugar back to normal after it drops, so I try to make orders before the they get busy but it’s always something. Last time I ordered the manager hung up on me after I complained and asked for a refund. Now I have to buy food again after paying for pizza!
