$6 delivery charge? What a joke. Especially when they forget your 2 liter of soda half the time

The food was great. The customer service was amazing. They have the best staff and management team I have seen in North Carolina.

I placed an order on the website and the location ordered at this domino’s. I received a notification that my order will be delivered at 10:12.The delivery driver Nicholas calls me at 10:03 telling me it’s beyond the delivery miles and is extremely rude and hung up in my face. I cannot control that the website sent my order there. But he definitely didn’t have to be rude about it. I’ll refrain from order from Dominos’s again. Thanks.

Placed my order today, 9/15, slightly before 1:40pm. At 1:49pm the tracker showed my order was going through the quality check. At 2:20pm I noticed the tracker had not progressed at all so I called the store. I waited on the line for a few min and no one picked up. It took 6 more attempts to call the store between 2:20pm to 2:42pm before someone actually answered. I asked for the status of my order and was told “oh I’m just working on it now, it will be another 30-40min before it’s ready.” So I waited over an hour and just to be told they’re just starting on my food?! Needless to say I cancelled my $50+ order. Terrible customer service and terrible communication.

Used to go to Papa John's. There's a Hungry Howies close by that my kids like but I always get Dominoes. Honestly all the pizzas pretty much taste the same to me but this Dominoes is close by and they do Curbside delivery which is the deciding factor for me. They always get my order correct. Wish the pizza was cut a bit better, though, so I don't have to recut myself. I used to always get free pizzas because the curbside service took more than 2 minutes, but not recently. They get it to my car within a minute or less.
