Tonight our delivery order was delivered to the wrong address, the woman (I wish I got her name) we spoke to was very kind and was quick to help correct the situation. The order was remade for us so fast! Mistakes happen and the employees handled this so well we will continue to come back! :)

I take back any information I said about this dominoes. I have been on hold on their line for the past hour and haven’t gotten my food. Their customer service is the biggest joke in Raleigh. This dominoes provides great food and service only if you are doing cary out. If you do delivery, expect atleast and hour an 30 minutes before u get your food. I ordered at 2:45 pm on a Saturday and my order still isn’t on the way at 4:35 pm

He immediately fixed my issue and again with the best attitude possible. We need more people like tea in the service industry. Will be coming back to this location only because of the service.
