Absolutely Terrible experience with this location. I never write reviews, but they said it would take 45 minutes to deliver. It’s Been an hour and a half and no updates. Called the location 5 times, no answer and can’t cancel the order for a refund since it has remained in “prepping order” which does not allow you to cancel the order. Would never recommend ordering for this location. Terrible customer experience

The food is pretty good but I would be concerned over the cleanliness of this location. The whole shopping area is old and needs a major remodel (better yet bulldoze it and start over). It is also very unsafe around this Domino's. They need security around mainly outside in the parking lot.

Really bad customer service from this store starting from the Manger in duty at this particular time and also the staff answering the phone calls. I would highly recommend the area director to get to the bottom of this issue because no manager should be saying that he doesn’t have time to be dealing with an order that never got sent out correctly. The description of being a manager is solving and finding the best way to keep customers satisfied.

This was probably my worst experience at this domino's. I am usually satisfied with them. In addition to a sub par order that was not pleasing to the eye or stomach, there are a lot of homeless/drug users hanging outside the establishment.

I ordered through the app and when I called in an hour later to the store they told me there were 30 orders or so, then I waited another hour to have the pizza delivered to me. This place can’t possibly function much longer.
Responded to email below and came back undeliverable on one of the addresses. Shouldn’t have expected any real level of basic capability. Do not waste money here.

Slowest dominoes ever. Ordered a pizza at 5:19 and it didn’t show up until 7:35. Next day ordered at 5:30 and didn’t arrive until 7:30. Over 2 hours both days smh

The manager Peter should not be the manager. He is very confrontational, doesn’t let you speak at all, and did not want to correct my order. This made me furious! I will not be back! And, I don’t trust any food coming from them since he had such an attitude getting off of the line. Do not order from this store. Hopefully he gave the correct number and didn’t lie.
They said it was our fault that this pizza looked this way and ‘twas rock hard and the pepperoni is crumbly it was hard as a brick thin as a brissle dry as the Sahara pepperoni was blacker than my momma

Absolutely horrendous customer service, ordered food at 11:30pm, called at 12:00. Called again at 12:45 and no one picked up. Just ignored me, will being going into the store for a refund the following day. You’re terrible.
