Stopped in Raleigh for the night and was craving pizza. I ordered online for pickup and upon arrival was greeted by the manager Samuel. His breath wreaked heavily of alcohol and he was very obviously drunk while on the job. The rest of the staff seemed to be working diligently at their jobs but I will not be returning to a place that allows an alcoholic to be drunk while at work. Pizza was good though!

I’ve been going to this specific location for some time. The teamwork is sound and strong! I really appreciate the way everyone is considerate and kind. In all of the times we’ve been here we’ve only had one small concern that arose which was immediately corrected with consideration and true customer service! My carry out order that I picked up within 4min of it being done was HORRIBLE! My pizza looked like it was under the heat lamps FOR A WHILE(I worked in a restaurant for over ten years), it wasn’t fresh, it didn’t have extra cheese which I paid for, it wasn’t even barely warm, when the tracker said it was done I was at the store within four minutes I told the manager KELLY that and she said “if you say so” I said to her “if I say so?! Is that really how you talk to a LOYAL CUSTOMER (just this past ten days I have spent 90$ at this exact dominoes)No it’s not if I say so it’s what my receipt says that YOUR STORE PRINTED so that is in fact true.” I literally had to stop my conversation with manager Kelly to ask her why she was so mean!? Stay away from this location it’s absolutely ridiculous how she spoke to me when I had all the proof that it was their fault.

Ordered online delivery Asked for wings to be well done & ran through twice. Still sent gummy wings . Ordered garlic Parmesan bread bites no red sauce then ordered pizza that came cold and hard . Paid cash & tip. Called them to complain they remade the order still left out the red sauce & asked to take back the old food . Never in my my life.

Just be aware that this place ingredients are extremely poor quality. If you decide to go in a pinch, make sure they don't put too much processed cheese on your pizza. This will ruin the pizza. If you can get past the little to no sauce with over baking or not cooked long enough. You should be ok. But it's highly unlikely they will make your pizza at Domino's specifications.

I didn't realize how much Domino's was a lot better than Pizza Hut but usually we're getting their 699 deal or $5.99 deal whatever it is where you get a salad and a sub sandwich I love their sub sandwich that has that pineapple on it it's delicious but anyways it's always usually hot and fresh

Hilarious so I order online and order 3 phillys. I go inside and whoever was making my food said “why does it look like that what happened” then proceeded to shame me when my card declined. Hilarious coming from people who make maybe 14$ an hour lol. Whatever but I won’t visit this location again and I will be getting my 22$ back. How rude and unprofessional. Not in high school anymore grow up and do your job right.
