Hello,
I am very disappointed with the service I received today. I called at 11:20 PM on 12/09/2025 to confirm the ETA for my order of 4 pizzas and to add some drinks. Unfortunately, the lady who answered the phone spoke very rudely for no reason.
I greeted her politely and simply asked about my order status, but she cut the call before I even finished speaking. This is not acceptable behavior, especially toward a customer. If you have call recordings, I request that a supervisor or manager listen to them, because this kind of attitude can really hurt your business.
I was in a good mood, planning a pizza party, but this experience was very upsetting. Please look into this issue

Don't see why this location has such a low rating šŸ¤” 10/18 @ 8pm the ENTIRE staff their was on point !! Got there a bit early and waited inside for around 8min.
To the store owner, please commend your staff in duty at this day and time, very impressed 🤘

This was now a NY style pizza, it might say large but it looks like a medium. There’s barely any mushroom on the side and it was cut poorly. Never ordering from this place, rather try my look with Pizza Hut.

How yall going to refuse to give me change for a $100 then ontop of that give me the whole wrong pizza when all I asked for was pepperoni but when I try and call you to see hey maybe I can get the right pizza, YALL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE NEVER I CALLED 3 TIMES. Honestly this isn’t my first time with this experience but I am so tired of this now.

Literally missed 2 of of the ingredients that I paid extra form . And they asked me extra money for crushed chilli by a short dude with beard. This was my go to for my pizzas. But today was the last straw. NEVER AGAIN. Don't spend your hard earned money here.

God what kind of people have you hired dominos. This woman cut my pizza so hard the slice flipped and messed it up. No apology and just ā€œhere u goā€. Like i am sorry if you cannot do customer service find a different job where you don’t have to deal with people. This was at 9.15-9.35pm on June 26, 2025. Will be calling corporate tomorrow to report such behavior. No one is asking you to smile or pander the customer but basic customer service is a must if you are gonna work in such places.

I originally placed my order thinking i would have no issues with my delivery. I couldnt have been further from reality. While my delivery didnt take too long, i had a pizza that was both cold and undercooked, and a cheesy bread that had no sauce delivered with it. Upon calling the store and informing them of this, I was told to come in and have the employees validate my complaint. After coming in the ā€œmanagerā€ gave me a smart Alec response and was not willing to remake any of my order. Despite my order being undercooked.

I used to work for dominos, and have been on the other side of this spectrum myself, and was always told during my tenure that whenever handling customer concerns, you are supposed to apologize, give the customer what they want, and give them something extra for the trouble. This is a clear sign of someone who doesnt care about his job nor does he care about his customers.

This, just like the pizza i was delivered tonight, is disgusting. I think its ridiculous that a company is both not willing to remake orders they very much do not make to the expectations set upon them, but also are not willing to pay a customer service team to handle complaints on one of the busiest nights of the week that they have.

I will never be ordering from this location, or possibly any other dominos location, ever again.

Back to the 90s

I ordered the Parmesan stuffed crust because I loved the one I tried out couple of days ago. This one unfortunately was sloppily prepared. It was 80% bread/dough and little pizza and cheese. Called the store back 4 times to tell them and someone kept hanging up the phone. I visit what store at least 1-2 times a week. Very disappointed. Not acceptable at all.

people really aren’t kidding about delivery times taking up to a few hours. really frustrating because if you live within a certain radius of this store you have no option to get it delivered from any other dominoes. i really have no idea what’s going on this place has got to get more people šŸ˜”
