This is the worst location, I ordered a pizza for delivery and was told they are not delivering only to arrive and see THREE delivery cars and drivers delivering. After picking up my pizza and returning home from the RAIN I realized the pizza were made very poor, I had to call FIVE time to get someone on the phone for them to say we can’t remake my pizzas and because I paid in cash I can’t get a refund. I have never received such poor customer service. Upon seeing all the negative reviews for this location I’m shocked it’s still open.

Ordered pizza and 2 8 pc wings. 1 hot buffalo 1 garlic Parmesan. The taste of the pizza was good, but it wasn't cut all the way through. And as far as the wings.... THROW THEM IN THE TRASH! Not only were they soggy but the hot buffalo had barely any sauce, and the garlic Parmesan had too much sauce that was definitely not garlic Parmesan. I was so disappointed because i have never gotten a bum order from dominos

Horrible! Had to go inside when I did carside and then employee said order was in oven which my app said pizza was done. Waited 25 minutes at least. Then once I get home to cold pizza. Didn't get my pizza until 8:50pm then pizza cold isn't good business. Through all this I wasn't yelling or angry u til I called and John Fleming, that's what he said his name was started arguing with me. Asked for stroe manager name to speak with her. That service is bad for business!! Just going to switch to the NEW Marcos pizza.

The food is amazing and they have never gotten my order wrong.The staff is really nice!Sometimes the wait can be a little long but it’s all worth it because the food always come nice and warm and tasty!!! Ive been going here for a long time and it’s overall an amazing dominos!!BEST PIZZA EVER!!!!!

Only one person in the store bryant the manager . He worked so hard to complete a 32 pizza pie order by himselfmy order was suppose to be done in 15 min it turned out to be a 45 min. i was late for work and dropping my child off…. give that man a raise and some help….. Some drivers to deliver the orders i won’t oder from here anymore

I live probably 3 minutes from this Store off Battle Bridge Rd. But I started going to the Domino's in Knightdale, because almost every time I order from there my order is made wrong. I've ordered Extra Pepperoni on my Pizza and the Extra Pepperoni are not on the Pizza. I've ordered Extra Philly Steak and it's not on the Sandwich. When I bring it to there attention that's what I paid for and look at order. First, they COUNT the Pepperoni and 2nd they will remake the pizza or sandwich. Next, they don't put enough Wing Sauce on the Wings and It's frustrating dealing with them.

Normally my food is good the last few times I have ordered my order literally takes 2 or moe hours I have to call and see why it’s not moving I just completely stopped using them the manager never offers any type of discount. Crazy thing is I order from there frequently but not anymore!

In the past 3 weeks, I've tried to use a free delivery pizza given to me by the company. The first 2 times the deliver wait time was 185 minutes or more. I thought this was a mistake, but when I called, the employee just laughed it off and said that it was correct. The 3rd time I tried, delivery was not when an option. My coupon expired after that and I really was not willing to try again. Corporate customer service on the phone is a joke. They don't answer or have an option to speak with anyone.

After waiting over an hour, no update on the tracking I decided to call, the guy who answered the phone told me oh I’m sorry we only have one driver and I was about to call the orders to cancel all of them… seriously people? Why you guys keep taking orders when you short staff??? It would it be nice if I knew that before so I can make other arrangements … very disappointed with the service. We ended up picking up the pizza. At 10:50pm there is not really many choices
