Pizza was ordered @11:55 Then delivered at 12:25. Pizza came cold. And the establishment is only 10 minutes away. The pizza was cold and taste old. Plus it was hard. I don't understand why if it was just baked ? I paid 17.75.. not happy

Very rarely do I give reviews to fast food places. But the service and pizzas have always been nothing but fantastic. Toppings are evenly distributed, properly sauced, and good portions of cheese.

I had a super emergency at my school. The oven broke and I needed to feed 60 children starting around 11:30. I called another pizza place that I will not name and was turned away because they didn't open until 11am and they wouldn't take any orders until they opened at 11am. I called this location at 10:40am and told them my situation and the gentleman on the phone was so nice and kind and he said he'd do his best to have the order of 10 large cheese pizza's ready at 11am. I told them I'd be there to pick them up, and he had the order ready at 11am sharp. I'm so thankful for this location as they helped me in this emergency. Highly recommend!!!

Out of all the pizza joints I've been to this one is the best. Always greeted with by the happiest people and my food is always perfect. I go out my way I pass about 4 other Dominos for this one. The ones I pass I had numerous issues.

Friendly staff reasonably priced food and great service
Wow! Dominos is amazingggg! They really are hard working especially during times where they may be stressed. I think it is also such a blessing that they even have a young man as an employee! Definitely shows that they are very diverse and a friendly environment. Customer service is amazing! Food is great and most importantly the managers are the most hard working of them all!

Holy smokes guys… I never do a review unless my experience is either excellent or disgraceful. And let me tell you, this was the worst experience I’ve had at a pizza place. The female who clams to be the manager (the one giving me the bird) was extremely disrespectful along with the young boy on the pizza line making pizzas. They were putting their hands in their pockets then touching the pizzas!! Grabbing their phone which they probably hold while using the bathroom then making YOUR FOOD!! The part that got me was when I told the young man, “you just touched your eye and then grabbed the cheese? Really?” he then told me he didn’t touch his eye AS IF I DIDN’T JUST WARCH HIM DO IT!! They both walked to the back, made jokes about me and my girl friend and then laughed at us the whole time we waited for our lousy pizza. This specific store is so beyond the health code I am also contacting the health department and as far as their “welcoming” customer service, it doesn’t exist. They make you feel unwanted the moment you walk in. I don’t even want to eat the pizza I’m looking at knowing they walked to the back and rubbed their hands on dirty stuff before making my food because I called them out for being out right NASTY! For any REAL manager who reads this, the time was 4:40pm and you can check the cameras to see I’m not making this up. NASTY FOOD & NASTY ATTITUDES. And yes, I put in a report with corporate online. ZERO STARS ALL THE WAY.

Six Forks Road location cancelled my order without calling or texting. We’re over here hungry and realized it should have been delivered by now or any minute now so I checked the tracker and it said my order was cancelled. If the store was closing soon after I placed the order or something in, the order shouldn’t have gone through in the first place. I could have at least gone out and gotten some fast food but everything is closed now, thanks for a growling stomach Dominos.
