At this point, I am only ordering from this store because they deliver downtown. Every time I place an order, there is usually a problem. This time, I was sent an unsliced pizza. The manager (the new GM, Gerald) started out helpful, until he thought it would be appropriate to make a smartass joke about how I can fix the problem with a knife and fork.
