The last three times I’ve gotten pizza here it has been underdone, even when selecting the well done option, and tonight I received an incorrect order, and it was still underdone. Disappointed in the quality control. Seems like it can’t be that hard to fully bake a pizza.

This dominos is by far the worst one I’ve been to. I order curbside every time and they have yet to bring it out to me. My pizzas are always wrong and they think somebody have time to wait for them to re make it!!!!

Service was ok , the worker was by themselves so it was a lil stressed for the worker , which makes the worker not perform at the best of their ability I believe . Yet she kept it together as much as she could . So service wasn’t bad I commend her . I got wings they were kinda soft and not all the way done . My coworker got a pizza let’s say Dominoes is only a step above little Caesars in .pizza now . A fresh out the oven lol Caesar’s would blow dominoes out of the running. I was satisfied with the service just the food was not the ultimately delicious wings I’m use to .

I’ve ordered multiple times from this location and it’s always a huge pain. The pizza is never delivered on time — if I even get it at all — and I always have to call the store (where the phone typically rings for 5+ minutes before someone ever picks up). The team members have always been polite to me, and I do understand that there seems to be a staffing shortage. Based on other reviews, this is an ongoing issue. Unfortunately, as of now, if you want your food quickly and easily (which ANYBODY ordering pizza does) this is NOT the place to get it.

I ordered a pizza to pick up. They told me it would be 11 minutes. It was closer to 40 minutes. I drove to the store ( a 5 minute drive) after placing the order and they were just beginning to make it when we got there. I told them we were there and asked for curbside delivery. When the pizza was finally done, we still waited 15 minutes-no delivery. We finally went in to get the pizza and still had to wait for them to give us the pizza. I could accept the service being terrible if the pizza tasted okay but the crust was terrible and ingredients were skimpy. Never again.
i live in Krasnodar city. i want your pizza deliver in mi town. But dominos dident want to deliver his pizza in Krasnodar!!!! i was upset very much. I hope this situation has been eliminated very soon.

I placed an order for a pizza and two bottles of water. I'm at an airbnb so I have no food or drinks here. The guy delivers the pizza and says there was no water, leaving me with just a pizza and charged for the water. I call the number on the receipt and get a runaround, turned out to be a different store. Called the number they gave me and nobody answers the phone. The decent thing to do would have been to call me and let me know there was no water, and then offer me a different drink or refund. I strongly urge anyone who wants to order a pizza from this restaurant to reconsider and go somewhere else. I'm now on the phone for 7 minutes and it is still ringing. Nobody will pick up, and they basically stole my money.

I placed my Dominos order through Uber Eats to avoid the horrible delivery guy at this location, not knowing Dominoes would still do delivery. 15-20 mins after the order was placed, I received notification that it had been delivered.But I didn’t receive notification on my Ring camera showing someone at my door with my pizza . I immediately called Uber Eats support because I had not received my food. The Uber Eats rep called Domino’s and the manager “confirmed” it was delivered. Uber Eats said there was nothing they could do and I had to contact Domino’s directly. I called and the manager said “Her driver wouldn’t lie and say he delivered it if he didn’t”. I mentioned that I have a camera and not having footage of the delivery. At that point I was offered a refund. Had I not had a camera I would not have my money or my food. When I asked the manager for her name, she hung up the phone on me. I called back a few times and the manager finally answered. I told her that I was going to report her to the authorities for trying to scam me. She then said “ You wouldn’t let me explain what happened” after lying to the Uber Eats rep saying my order was delivered. Its clear this location is running a delivery SCAM!!! Based on the reviews of this location, they do this scam often. I will NEVER eat here again!

We placed an order for delivery tonight and it says complete but has most definitely not been delivered, we were at the door waiting when it changed to delivered. We can’t get anyone to answer the phone for a refund. Don’t waste your time!
