Need to have at least two workers in the spot at all times especially if there is just a female working downtown isn’t the safest place late at night

I can't believe how poorly my order was handled last night. Despite ordering before 11pm for delivery, there was no update on the status of my delivery. When I went to the store, an African lady saw me knocking on the door and showing her my Dominos Pizza app, but she completely ignored me and walked away. It was extremely unprofessional. By 11:48, I was still waiting outside with no response.

Ordered a 16 inch pepperoni and cheese pizza with a 2 liter of sprite. They brought me a 14inch cheese pizza with no sprite. Honestly impressed with how badly they messed up such a simple order, don’t come here.

Dominoes is great and I love the deals that they have. They have good wings and sauces to go with them. I like there ranch and also dip my pizza in it aswell. My brother likes the garlic sauce but overall dominoes is pretty good. The delivery on thenother hand did take quite a long time saying they left for delivery at 9 and got here at 10. I was tracking my order and was confused but i ended up getting it eventually and it was very good.

Big Domino’s fan and big fan of the delivery driver Hugh- he is a sweetheart. However, I work at a hotel and there was a delivery driver this evening who was so rude (she was delivering pizza for a guest who wasn’t answering). I was actively checking in another guest when she comes in forcefully talking over the guest I am helping. All homegirl had to do was leave the pizza in the lobby (the instructions literally said LEAVE IN LOBBY). This not only was unprofessional, but also disrupted a guest who was completely unrelated to the situation. Might not be a bad idea to go over delivery etiquette.

Called store to ask for a refund because my food looked like someone played over it. Spoke with the General Manager of this location he was so rude and just has the nasty attitude. I called two times because after the first time speaking with him he HUNG UP THE PHONE!! Didn’t even wanna hear what I had to say!! For me being a loyal customer I will never order from this location AGAIN!!

I usually never leave reviews, even after a bad experience, but this place has truly disappointed me. I placed a delivery order on Thursday around 8 PM, but it didn’t arrive until 10:30 PM. I spoke with someone named Ben, who said the orders got mixed up due to new drivers, which I understand but I was left waiting hungry and eventually had to request a refund. Despite multiple calls, I still haven’t received any update or refund. I don’t want the food or I come to that store and I will get a free pizza. I just want my refund, and I sincerely hope you consider improving your staff and service. I kindly request the owner to reach out and address the situation because I can’t reach the restaurant nor I’m aware if I’ve my refund issued.
