Poor customer service. Waited patiently for service and Spanish-speaking customer who came in after me was serviced prior to me even though I was there first. When I brought this to the managers attention, she told me O could either order some food or leave.

BEST DOMINOS IN RALEIGH. I SWEAR THEY ARE SO F-KING GOOD EVERYTIME. FRESH, HOT, FREAKIN LOADED WITH TOPPINGS. PASTAS ARE FRESH & DELICIOUS. WHOEVER IS RUNNING THIS LOCATION NEEDS A RAISE AND EVERYONE WORKING THERE. GOOD EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!!!!

Update 11/18/23... I was given points for a free pizza. Placed an online order last night. It normally takes about 40 minutes to get my order if it's busy. I kept having issues with the tracker. An hour passed my order time, I call this location only to be told that my pizza still hadn't been started yet so I asked for a refund. Now my points are gone. THIS LOCATION IS TRASH! order from another location and pick it up. You'll be better off!

Update 11/12/23... I ordered a pan pizza that was made like a regular pizza. The sauce, cheese and toppings are supposed to go to the edge. Not sure what the deal is with this location but I wish I could get delivery from another location besides this one.

Don't use the car side pick-up. The timer for my order was cut off a few mins before my order was brought out and it was brought out after the listed time on the app.

Placed a delivery order and the worker took my order. Called later to check on my order because it was taking too long come to find out they took my money and never delivered. Real scamming going on!!!!!

Pizza was absolutely perfect. They know what it means when I ask for Light sauce and that is everything I ask for in a pizza place.

Kudus to the 3 employees working last night (Sun 1/7/24 @ 9:15pm). I haven't been to this location in a year due to past experiences being so bad. Previously there was a guy that worked there who would get angry when you just called-in politely to place an order.. Last night, the woman answering the phones couldn't be more polite and professional. The gentleman cooking the food was AWESOME. Our sandwiches were the best they've ever been from there. I hope they get a chance to see this because they were working hard and that was refreshing to see based on previous experiences.

Tried to get pizza delivered two weeks ago and after waiting over an hour we called and were told it was going to be another hour and a half because they were running two stores out of one location. Tried again and again the delivery time has taken close to two hours and it's still not been delivered. When called the automated message said they were taking orders for the other store still. I don't know what is wrong with the other store, but whoever in management thought that it's a good idea to send two stores worth of orders to one store needs to be fired. That's a terrible way to run a business that relies on customer satisfaction. If our food ever does arrive it will probably be cold.

Ordered a pizza online for delivery at 7:10 pm from the Falls of Neuse location since the Six Forks location was closed. The App said 39-40 minutes. Fine. Tracker said it was in the oven at 7:35. Called at 8:00 pm and they said it had just come out of the oven, they were sorry they were busy. Pizza left the store at 8:08 and arrived at 8:25. Cold. No sauce and barely any toppings. Order from the Towne plaza location- they are much better.
