Kudus to the 3 employees working last night (Sun 1/7/24 @ 9:15pm). I haven't been to this location in a year due to past experiences being so bad. Previously there was a guy that worked there who would get angry when you just called-in politely to place an order.. Last night, the woman answering the phones couldn't be more polite and professional. The gentleman cooking the food was AWESOME. Our sandwiches were the best they've ever been from there. I hope they get a chance to see this because they were working hard and that was refreshing to see based on previous experiences.

Tried to get pizza delivered two weeks ago and after waiting over an hour we called and were told it was going to be another hour and a half because they were running two stores out of one location. Tried again and again the delivery time has taken close to two hours and it's still not been delivered. When called the automated message said they were taking orders for the other store still. I don't know what is wrong with the other store, but whoever in management thought that it's a good idea to send two stores worth of orders to one store needs to be fired. That's a terrible way to run a business that relies on customer satisfaction. If our food ever does arrive it will probably be cold.

Ordered a pizza online for delivery at 7:10 pm from the Falls of Neuse location since the Six Forks location was closed. The App said 39-40 minutes. Fine. Tracker said it was in the oven at 7:35. Called at 8:00 pm and they said it had just come out of the oven, they were sorry they were busy. Pizza left the store at 8:08 and arrived at 8:25. Cold. No sauce and barely any toppings. Order from the Towne plaza location- they are much better.

I don’t usually leave reviews. I came in about 9:41 pm on a Monday night. Ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizza. The pizza looked great and tasted well but soon I would know the horror. 11 hours later as I write this review painfully on the toilet. Never order carry out when they’re about to close. 3/5 stars.
We have ordered from this location multiple times and the pizza is always hot and delicious. The customer service is always top notch. This isn't the closest store to our home but it's definitely worth the trip.

First large pizza was decent and the delivery was great. Kudos to the delivery person, but it cost over $35 with all the fees and tip. With this order I received an email for a free medium 2 topping pizza. It had to be delivery only. I ordered it and 2 sauces which put the "free" pizza at over $9. This doesn't include tip, but still okay with that. When I tried to continue with the order it came up with a msg in red that the minimum delivery order had to be $20. So I would have had to bought another pizza or a few desserts to get my free pizza. Nope.. deleted coupon and ordered from a competitor. I know you need to make money, but this is deceptive marketing and should have been noted in the beginning.
