I ordered a crispy hot chicken and tomato bruschetta calzone and juice bottle today for to-go. I walk across the street to go eat, about 3-5 min. I open up to see my calzone is cut up into pieces and completely cold most likely due to them cutting the calzone like they did. The dough on the inside of the calzone was raw near the center, not only that but they gave me regular chicken as opposed to the crispy hot chicken i ordered. The associate helping me at the register seemed to have some sort of disposition about him but i digress. Overall I can say I enjoyed the juice bottle but for the calzone I was disappointed but what can I expect from a $6 calzone.

When I moved here from Ohio I was so excited to find a local Donatos... However this particular location is consistently late on delivery and seems to be ok with that fact. Tonight when I verified order I stressed that I have had challenges in the past and really needed an on time delivery as promised. Anna the manager seemed quite content with the order being almost 10 minutes late and who wants luke warm pizza??? I give up and will have my Donatos experience when I visit Ohio. If the owner/management is good with delivering a less than acceptable experience to the local market I am certain Donatos will not make it here...

Yummy food! The staff is friendly. They have all sorts of food.. Hot subs, boneless and regular wings, pizza, cheese bread, salted caramel apple dessert, salads.. You're bound to find something you will like. Highly recommend!

I placed an online order for the Chicken Spinach Mozzarella pizza and went to pick it up. I was given the pizza and told to have a good day. Luckily, I checked the pizza before I left and saw that there was no spinach on the pizza (just chicken, tomatoes and cheese). I show it to the cashier and she goes to talk to someone in the kitchen. She comes back to inform me that they are out of spinach but he added extra chicken (which looked like the normal amount of chicken to me but I digress). This experience was poor for several reasons: 1) I was handed the pizza without being told that it wasn't what I ordered. 2) I wasn't given the option to choose a different pizza. 3) I wasn't offered to have the order canceled. I had to ask for them to cancel the order and refund me my money. It's totally okay to be out of things. No one is expecting restaurants to be perfect with the ordering of food items. However, it's not okay to give the customer something different than what they ordered because you are out of items without telling the customer and making sure it's okay with the customer.
