I ordered 4 dozen doughnuts for a staff appreciation breakfast to be picked up on Christmas Eve. I didn’t get the doughnuts because of I guess technical glitch, but when talking to these guys on the phone they were so nice and apologetic. I was impressed with the manager Taryn, who was very kind. I felt like she would have accommodated anything I had asked. In the end, we had it all taken care of our end so it was unnecessary. You order at the counter and then watch them make your delicious donuts. The donuts were still warm and very tasty. The variety of toppings on the donuts seemed endless. Everything tasted GREAT. The service was also great!

This was my first experience at duck donuts. Zavy, I believe was the lady's name that helped us. It was 6:40, so 20 minutes before closing. She did an amazing job. She was pleasant and didn't try to rush us through to get us out! You don't see this type customer service these days. We will certainly be back.
