We live less than 5 min from here and have been to this Dunkin’ Donuts a handful of times. Every time we go they are always out of something and they are all incredibly rude. The only reason we’ve been back is to hope they’ve gotten their act together. Clearly they have not. We will not be going back.

I ordered 2 frozen hot chocolates and they tasted like straight up milk you can tell the worker did not put that much effort into making them and they tasted bad avoid going here if you want good food I will put a photo of what there supposed to look like and what I got the lighter one is the bad one. it tastes like straight up milk please do better Dunkin

What an amazing experience today at this Dunkin Donuts. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious and fresh but what stood out the most was the exceptional service given by Lawrence “Mickie” today! He was so helpful and had such good positive energy which you just don’t see in the restaurant industry anymore! What a delight!! Thank you!! We will be back again because of him!

Picked up bagel bites on the way to work. I’ve never had to ask for them to be warmed at any other Dunkin— these were not only still cold but tasted like freezer burn. Didn’t notice they were freezing until I was already out of the drive through line. Disappointing.

Bacon and even sometimes eggs are consistently undercooked at this location, to the extent it is dangerous to consume. Please cook food thoroughly, adjust kitchen equipment if necessary! It would be a great place if not for that.

I liked this location, I only went through the drive-thru this time but from what I could tell this is a clean and well managed location with great staff and well-made food & drinks
To the management: We live in the neighborhood, decided to have some donuts with the kids in the afternoon of January 4th. Walked over to Dunkin, stayed in front of the register for 15 minutes without being noticed, then left. When we asked the two employees present if they will ever acknowledge us, the reply was “it’s just the two of us and we are busy with online orders”. One employee was trying to be nice, the other one kept on being irritated and walked away. We understand being understaffed and busy, we don’t understand being ignored… We left and drove to the nearest Krispy Kreme where the entire process (nice greeting, purchase) took less than a minute. In future, will definitely choose to drive again than going through this unpleasant experience again.

Most of the employees are pleasant however there are a few that aren’t. I had one tonight get frustrated she had to explain the different drinks. Like wow. Half the time my order is wrong. Definitely a hit or miss. I’ve noticed better service if you go before 10am.
