To the management: We live in the neighborhood, decided to have some donuts with the kids in the afternoon of January 4th. Walked over to Dunkin, stayed in front of the register for 15 minutes without being noticed, then left. When we asked the two employees present if they will ever acknowledge us, the reply was “it’s just the two of us and we are busy with online orders”. One employee was trying to be nice, the other one kept on being irritated and walked away. We understand being understaffed and busy, we don’t understand being ignored… We left and drove to the nearest Krispy Kreme where the entire process (nice greeting, purchase) took less than a minute. In future, will definitely choose to drive again than going through this unpleasant experience again.

Most of the employees are pleasant however there are a few that aren’t. I had one tonight get frustrated she had to explain the different drinks. Like wow. Half the time my order is wrong. Definitely a hit or miss. I’ve noticed better service if you go before 10am.

The Staff here was very polite. They were out of a few doughnuts we had ordered (apple cinnamon spice). We actually came there for those, but they had the munchkins in that flavor, and man did they compensate for not having the doughnut. Well done! I gave 4 stars only because they ran out of the doughnut I really wanted, but it was still early in the morning like 8:15am.

The service is terrible at this location. You will be the only people eating inside, and they will take 10 minutes to get your donuts. They focus only on the drive through line. Pathetic service and the workers never smile. They need a management change at this location badly.

terrible experience with my order of donuts in this store, I ordered it through doordash, I chose the SURPRISE ME option and it was like that but in a terrible way, the people who sent it did not care in the least about customer satisfaction, very bad DD, attached photo What also arrived was that they were hard, dry and rancid, what a disappointment, I feel scammed.
This Dunkin is consistently sending the wrong drinks when I'm ordering from door dash. Thankfully door dash is providing refunds but it's like every 3rd order from this Dunkin that the drinks are completely incorrect. Order a hot latte get and iced latte. Order a hot latte get a black coffee. Order and iced latte get a hot latte. Each time my order to Dunkin is correct. I'm addition to the incorrect drink type (hot or iced) the drinks are missing all other modifications.

This facility was clean and the associates were friendly and respectful. I normally do not eat Dunkin donuts however, our Granddaughters love them. Our 2nd oldest Granddaughter introduced me to a frozen hot chocolate, which I had never heard of but this really was super delicious. The 4 out of 5 stars on the food was for the donuts, as I perfer another brand. With that said, I do plan to visit this establishment again as I did find their donuts to be very tasty.
