Came in around 11:00 a.m. on a sunday. Most of the donuts were gone. My wife bought one Boston cream, as it is one of my favorites. However this donut had a very odd and off-putting taste. We can't pin it down, but we believe it absorbed orders from something else. I only ate part of it and then threw the rest out. Sad, especially for how much one donut cost nowadays

I really want to like this location because it’s less than a five minute drive from my house. I typically order an iced coffee or latte drink that requires some attention to preparing correctly and each time the drink is prepared incorrectly and tastes horrible. The workers are typically very young teens- 15/16 yos. This morning I was handed a box of doughnuts in the drive through line and politely handed back- indicating it wasn’t my order. I was then given a bag or three munchkins (which I did order)- that were soaking wet inside? I’d hate to think the teen worker spit on my food for correcting the mistake?! Until there is an adult supervision at this location, I’ll drive a few miles further to Starbucks.

I walked into the store on Falls of Neuse and Dunn Rd and immediately the kid with dark hair and glasses behind the counter had an attitude because he was busy. He said to wait a minute, which turned into a few minutes. When he finally called for me I just said "coffee". He then tells me how rude I am, and that I have been since I walked in, when I never said a word. I know everyone has bad days and try and forgive those, but this was a person taking their anger out for no reason on another person, and others do not need to experience what I did if they can avoid it. I will not be back to this store or likely a DD again.

The service is terrible. They're completely out of donuts and breakfast sandwiches constantly. I would understand if they ran out midday- but MORNING SHIFT? What a joke. I order on the app, which should tell you it's out of stock... Employee simply said to go to another dunkin. Starbucks never has this issue.

Arrived at 6:40pm, sign says they close at 7pm. They already locked the doors. Two employees were inside, so I knocked multiple times. It couldn't have been more obvious they were ignoring me.

I took my Grandson here today for a donut. My donut tasted like it was a week old. I asked them when these donuts were made and the young man told me it did not know. I then talked to another man and told him my donut was stale. He told me, "THROW IT AWAY", no offer of a refund or exchange.This place is the worst.

Unfortunately every time I visit they have to remake my drink order. Apparently only one person knows how to make a frozen hot chocolate. Once, I ordered two bacon egg and cheese bagels, and they both came without egg!
