Ordered a large matcha latte which was filled only to 60% of the cup. I've never had something so disgusting in my life. Going back to starbucks matcha latte which is 1000X better. Ordered their bacon which was burnt. The only thing good was the doughnuts. Never trying anything else from. Dunkin again other than doughnuts.
Update review: tried the bacon once I got home and despite the burnt bits it was actually pretty good.
The matcha latte still pretty gross with its metallic taste. Couldn't stomach it after two sips.

I appreciate the convenience of having a Dunkin’ close to my complex, but the service at this location is consistently disappointing unless a manager is on duty. It should not take at least 25 minutes for you to make a simple coffee and an avocado toast, when the store is empty and several employees are present. Today, five staff members were on duty standing around giggling while drive-thru customers received their orders before mine. This has happened multiple times, and it’s becoming increasingly frustrating. This location has so much potential, but the lack of efficiency and professionalism really brings down the experience.

This location is literally right up the street from me! Also, the customer service has been delightful and on point every time I have been there! Our food took forever to come out even though they were not busy. It finally comes out and the girl behind the counter sprayed our food with bleach! I could tell she was just trying to clean the counter but maybe wait until there isn’t food on it before you spray the whole surface with bleach! Our food smelled so strongly of it! We had somewhere to be so we didn’t have time to complain and wait for new food, and frankly, did not want it anymore anyways. I know there was no malicious intent but this could have easily turned into a serious situation if we got sick from it. Definitely need some retraining before y’all get sued.

I went to this place around 5:30 pm on August 30,2025. I ordered a half dozen at the drive thru they only had a few doughnuts so I was told to drive to the to look what they had left. I really wanted some doughnuts at that time I order them,they was dry and wasn't tasty at all! I tried to call all I got on the first ring was voicemail which was full. I won't go to that facility again!

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I kinda had to here. I ordered a croissant sandwich with American Cheese, an iced chai latte with French vanilla, and a Boston cream donut. I got a cup of basically whole milk with vanilla and barely any chai, and you could even tell because it was practically white. My sandwich had the wrong cheese, and I didn't even get a donut so I had to go back in to ask. They were out of that donut and many others, so I had to ask for a different one which isn't a problem. But overall, like. My entire order was wrong? And they weren't even very busy 😭 like c'mon y'all. Y'all know a chai latte isn't white lmao. My fiance got an iced matcha latte and half of her cup (literally half, not exaggerating) was just cold foam and she was also missing her donuts. The cup was light because of how much foam was there. 🤦🏻 The 2.4 rating here makes sense unfortunately

this location is so bad. consistently out of basic items, iced coffees & lattes are watered down flavorless messes (95% of them i can't even tell they're caffeinated), and they've managed to mess up countless orders. i've only gone because it's close to my place but it's genuinely more inconvenient of an experience regardless.
