Very disappointed. Went inside to purchase 3 boxes of Joe and was told they were sold out. Asked how they can be sold out because it was only 6:14am and they said that they were and to try another location. There is no way they were sold out. Comes down to poor customer service and laziness. Would have been an easy $80 for the store to take in. Makes zero sense. Again, just people not wanting to actually have to work.

First I got an attitude from the lady taking my order then when i pulled up to the window the lady seemed very annoyed i was there. Then handed this out to me. Given there were bubbles from the shaken espresso and the sweet cream cold foam on top so i didn’t realize until i grabbed and was about to take a sip and saw this. I paid $7 for a drink that was half full. Very disappointed

I was extremely happy to find the Apple spice filled donut here! Several years ago my local DD (Knoxville) stopped serving it, said it had been discontinued. Chatted with the mgr working the counter about my surprise, & learned this flavor never was discontinued. The coffee here tastes better/proper compared to my local DD….. Kudos to the Strickland Rd location!

idk what these bad reviews be saying. I pulled up to this spot on the Lord's day, and I wasn't sure what I wanted. so I was basic and said pumpkin spice. but they was out of it because too many basic white girls, but then I realized I wanted a caramel macchiato deep down in my heart. The girl there was super chill excellent customer service. so nice to talk to. I then realized that I fumbled the bag, and basically got the combo without getting the combo and so is being charged double. when I pulled up to the window I asked if I could get the combo and even though it wasn't exactly legit they had already made it and gave me the deal. they need to raise this to a 4 star dunkin.

Short zesty Latino man is rude and will not listen to any question you have to confirm your order was made correctly. He will just wave you off and answer before you can finish the question. Customer service at its finest, if you like that kind of thing.

Third time I have gone to this Dunkin after just moving to the area, third time my order was wrong. Toasted plain bagel with butter, received cream cheese each time. Large ice coffee milk and sugar, two of three times didn’t give me a straw and here I was assuming a second time it was in the bag. First time had asked if they had certain donuts available since I went around 11am and got attitude for asking what was available. Won’t be going back.

Went today to get my kiddo a donut as a treat, we got there at 1:45 PM and they had half a tray of coconut donuts left and nothing else. I looked at the hours and they close at 6 so not sure what was going on here. It seemed like laziness and poor management/ service. The time before this was maybe a month ago I was the only customer in the store 2 employees were working and I stood there for 10 minutes while they ignored me. When they finally helped me they were rude and acted like I was bothering them. The donuts tasted stale. This location is awful and has proven that multiple times. Literally go anywhere else for a donut but here.
Don't go there past 8:30 a.m. or they will be out of everything.

Although I came in right before closing, the gentleman with the pleasant demeanor working was able to accommodate me. Highly recommend for fresh donuts and coffee and top notch service.

The last 2 times I’ve been here with my family they have been out of English muffins, biscuits and white cheddar. Additionally staff is rude, impatient and do not help customers when entering the store instead they ignore you, I guess hoping you’ll go away ?. The staff also do not have name tags so any attempt to mention it to corporate is useless
