This location is the best and most consistent in the triangle. Ieyauna is by far and wide the best employee Dunkin’s have ever had in this area. She is funny, smart, precise, and has elite customer service. As far as I’m concerned she is over qualified for her and should be in a managerial position. She is the reason the staff is so friendly and wonderful to order from. I average 18.5 visits to dunks per month and drive over 1,000 miles in the triangle per week. Her staff makes the most consistent drinks. I spend over $150 a month at this specific location because of her. I hope she never leaves but at the same time she is meant for bigger and better. Thank you

On 3/2/2024, I decided to treat myself to breakfast before work, as I had spent the night up with my partner who was in the hospital. There were 2 cars ahead of me and the lobby appeared to only have a couple people inside. I waited 27 minutes in the drive through total. Once I got to the speaker I waited 2 mins and no greeting. I said hello, and got told “one minute please thank you.” Waited to the end of my song (2.5 more mins) said hello again, got the same “one minute please thank you.” I finally get my order and leave. When I tried my sandwich, it was barely warm, and the coffee tasted burned and old. Over $12 for something I ended up throwing away bc I didn’t have time to return to the store and correct it. Highly disappointed. 27 mins in a drive thru is insane, and there were other cars so I couldn’t even just leave. Then to get the order (which I paid full price for after that insane wait time), and have it be inedible as it was given to me is unacceptable.

Popped by this location early morning for a last minute treat for my kids teachers and the staff at this D&D was more than accommodating. Donuts were to my specifications, service was quick, and they were kind. Thanks to the morning staff that worked - helped make my day and the teachers too!

I am a huge Dunkin fan but every time we come here we wait forever for our order. Sometimes it's just two coffees, nothing special. Last time we came we got to the window to pick up our order and she never even had our order. So we had to reorder and wait 10 minutes while they got our order ready. I cannot stand this dunkin and they only have two employees working, its SUPER SLOW!!!!!!My breakfast sandwich was not even cooked it looks like they just threw an old piece of cheese on it and my egg was cold!!!!! Awful!Stay away!

Ordered a ice latte was given ice coffee. noticed it didn’t look right, I then confirmed if it was a latte in which they said yes and it was a burnt ice coffee …. Bottom line they just give u what they feel like vs what u order… plus they are rude this is the 2nd time this has happened at this

I normally never leave negative reviews but this is aggravating. Who puts cream cheese on a bagel like this and who wants to eat a dry bagel like this? My order was so simple & there was no one else even here ordering.

Go elsewhere they don’t listen and have little to no customer service. Clearly ordered two iced coffees with pumpkin spice and caramel. After placing my order it took almost 10 mins to get to the window to pay; There were only 2 cars ahead. i pull up and immediately am told to “hold on”. All to finally pay and receive my drinks and pull off about 6 minutes later. I get to the light and read the sticker that stated brown sugar cki syr. the absolute worst!
