Dunkin'

I don't like leaving bad reviews but I was so upset.
I went to this location yesterday. I've been getting coffee from Dunkin Donuts for over a decade and I always get the same thing so I know damn well what my coffee is suppose to taste like. All I get in my coffee is creamer and caramel swirl. We'll the lady that made my drink did not put enough caramel in it so I told the gentlemen that was working and he tells me it says 3 caramel swirl on the ticket and I told I understand it says that but there are not 3 pumps of caramel swirl in my drink. It does not taste sweet at all so the gentleman grabs my drink and proceeds to make me a new drink and I guess he thought the 3 pumps of caramel swirl was not enough so I'm guessing he doubled it making it extremely sweet and not drinkable at all. I did not say anything because that gentleman seemed like he was having a bad day and did not want to make things worse. I was already upset so just left it alone but that is unacceptable. They need better training on how to make drinks and in customer service.

The gentleman this morning was very nice but my order was not correct. This was my first time going to Dunkin Donuts in over a year and a half and not pleased. I do plan to take the survey but just very disappointed I as given the wrong item!

I have been going to this Dunkin for over a year, and let me tell you, no matter which staff member is working they are always amazing. The food is great, the coffee is always just right. I love this Dunkin and highly recommend.

Visited this establishment for the first time and ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel. Additionally, I opted for the dunkalatte. The latte proved to be quite delightful, as did the sandwich.

Terrible experience. I put in an order on the app at 630am for a dozen donuts, 25 munchkins and a drink. Requested a pickup time of 8am, thinking I could easily swing by on my way to work and be on my way. Nothing was ready when I walked in at 8:10. The drink was ready at 8:16. I had to ask them where the rest of my order was, and the three employees working looked at me confused. When they finally found my order in the system, they were out of all the donuts except for one of the flavor I ordered. There was no urgency and no apologies, just shrugs and no concern about customer service. The donuts themselves were cold - literally cold - like they were taken out of a fridge from yesterday. This was such a disappointing and frustrating experience, I would recommend going anywhere else but here. I won’t be back.

I had visitors and placed a mobile order for breakfast sandwich and half a dozen donuts. The breakfast sandwich was not made to order (request was to include American Cheddar) and I only got 4 donuts instead of 6. Unbelievable. Didn't have time to drive back to pick up the 2 donuts that I legitimately paid for. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would.

I ordered an iced coffee the other day it was almost $5. Now I know things are going up across the board, but $5 is insane when you know they don’t have 50 cent in that drink. On another note the drink was God awful. I mean it was undrinkable! I finished a quarter of it and threw it out.

Went here at 5:05 yesterday- they closed at 6… and the girl would not let me order any hot food due to them already turning off the ovens/ too lazy to clean them again. Terrible service and will not be back to this location.

This place has terrible service. They have nothing on the menu that they say that you do on the menu. People work in the drive-through Are rude to customers.

Always sufficient with my order. The manger in the evening is very unprofessional. She is not presentable to be in management. Does not like to help with customer issues. I don’t know the black lady name. She needs a refresher course on customer service.

I waited to write this review, but ultimately had to. I have ordered via the app several times at this location with plenty of time prior to my arrival and EVERY TIME they hadn’t even started my order. If you are a person who likes things in a reasonable amount of time, don’t go here because they are extremely slow and this is when the place is empty.

Don’t recommend. I’ll stick to Starbucks or I’ll continue to visit the Dunkin on Capital Blvd.Update: My significant other stopped by yesterday morning to grab a bagel w/cream cheese (see below). Well since he wasn’t satisfied with it and obviously paid his money he requested that it be made again. The worker then mumbles something under his breath, but my significant other could not hear it, so he went inside and asked what was said, apparently it was something vulgar and uncalled for - he said something to the affect of p**** bagel and he didn’t want to remake the bagel or refund the bagel. The manager stood there and didn’t intervene nor make the proper attempt to address the matter. They were really unprofessional and that is completely unacceptable!!
