The staff at this chain of stores are very slow and take too long to deliver an order.

The manager and the employee both tried to serve me cold food trying to tell me a bacon, egg and cheese served cold, and then gave me an attitude about it. Do not eat here they do not cook their food properly.

its always a gamble if they make my order correctly, several times theyve used ice coffee instead of cold brew (yes you can taste the difference!) and the ATTITUDE you are given when you ask them to fix your drink is insane

I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location. The customer service was subpar, with no attention given to in-house customers. I placed an order at the kiosk and waited, but received no response. When I asked about my order, the staff seemed completely unaware and confused. Additionally, the floor was wet and slippery, posing a hazard, but no one seemed to care or address the issue. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I won't be returning.

Very bad customer service. Came here, self-ordered but nobody greeted us though 4 workers were working inside. Very slow, would not recommend this place.
Not only that, they even lost our order and no wet sign while the floor was flooding.
The owner needs to pay serious attention to the employees.
sometimes my drinks taste like fabuloso and sometimes i wait 8 years for a single coffee. also why is dunkin selling two shots of espresso in a cup full of ice for $6. my drink was gone in 5 sips. go to cup of joe on a wednesday and get 5 shots for $4. dunkin sucks

They argued saying I ordered a macchiato when I ordered a iced matcha latte I have worked in costumer service before you should never have 4 workers telling me I didn’t order what I did and telling me I need to pay for a new one that is terrible my first Dunkin’ donuts experience I will never go back after that the heffer that worked there had the worst attitude ever

just wow.... I don't even know where to begin. I'd be ashamed to let anyone know I even worked at this one..... I mean ... just wow
PLEASE CLEAN YOUR ICE MACHINE. My lemonade was delicious at first and it took me a while to figure out what the problem was and I bit into an ice cube to see and yeah the dirty ice was corrupting the drink.

What is the cradle of insult to customers. A dirty store? A store that is still under construction? You are drinking a donut coffee and the workers are doing maintenance work in front of you? Unprofessional employees, everyone running around inside? Lin is the manager? That was it. The first store I visited since I set foot in America. It was good. Now it has become distorted. It is the Donut Company.

Please don't come to this place it's dirty and the people there are bad they don't have spoons or anything everything is empty and dirty the donuts are not soft I regretted coming here this place used to be loved but now it's like garbage. People here are so disgusting.

Went inside asked for a bagel double toasted and they said they were too busy to do that. There actively no pple behind me and 4 cars in the drive thru. Wayy to go staff
