There were 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. They took 15-20 min for each order. For my order, when I handed my phone to pay, the employee dropped the phone on the road and didn’t even bother to apologise. After waiting for over 40 min, I get my cold food. I ordered an egg and cheese croissant and they didn’t even warm it up. When I saw what the employees were doing inside from the window, 4-5 ppl were either on thier phone or just stood idle. Never going back again!

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this Dunkin’ (3817 Western Blvd, Raleigh, NC). I went in to order the 6 Meal Deal Bagel and simply asked for it without bacon because I can’t eat bacon. Instead of helping me, the employee started yelling at me, saying I was wasting her time. She was extremely rude, aggressive, and made me feel unsafe during the interaction.
No customer should ever be treated like that for making a basic request. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I am taking further action and reaching out to the highest levels of Dunkin’ management to make sure this situation is addressed properly.
I will not be returning to this location unless serious steps are taken to fix this problem.

I ordered 6 hasbrowns and they gave me 2...refused to give me a refund or more hashbrowns and scammed me.

I love Dunkin but this location feels like a war zone. I don’t think I’ve ever placed an order here and waited any less than at least 30 minutes for it to come out, even putting in a mobile order a half hour in advance. Usually, when I do receive my items, “hot” food is cold, drinks have a LOT of condensation, and many other issues. Also, they frequently mess up orders and unless you have another 30 minutes to wait you just have to take it and go. They also frequently run out of items that are placed in mobile orders. But again, unless you have a large amount of time to dedicate to getting a refund, you just gotta take whatever they have left and offer you and go. Additionally, staff often seems extremely overwhelmed and under supported by management. Employees seem extremely stressed out and understaffed. With all of the business this location gets maybe consider taking on more staff to address these wait times or moving locations to address the dangerous lines that go out into the main road on mornings and the weekends.

Arrived at 7:10 and had the door closed so I when to the drive tru n it’s Sad because I really wanted to buy some donuts for my daughter and they didn’t have anything no muffins no nothing . They should close at 7 pm if they don’t have anything to sale .
Grabbed my Free donut. 😆 🤣

Went today and they said they couldn’t make neither espressos nor lattes. Not sure what coffee shop isn’t able to do either. I ended up ordering a caramel iced coffee that I’m sure had no caramel in it when I tried it, but I had already left. Also, drive thru took almost 15 minutes.
Ordered a large signature caramel craze latte and it tastes like just some caramel flavored milk. I also had to get some hot water for my baby’s bottle and this lady seriously puts hot water in a PLASTIC cup. After I already mentioned it was for a baby. She tries to put a lid on it which then squishes the cup (because the plastic is melting), puts it in ANOTHER plastic cup before finally pouring the same water into a hot beverage cup. No common sense whatsoever. Let’s just say I did not use that water.

There is no way to order inside with an actual person and the computer menu is not comprehensive at all. I am vegetarian and there was no way to order the egg and cheese wake up wrap, until I ended up using my phone to try to put a mobile order in the and the options were still unavailable . Also for plain munchkins as it said “unavailable” even though I could see them from where I was standing. Very upsetting and disappointing!
Also awful location if you miss the first turn there’s no way to get back to the drive without doing a U-turn on an extremely busy road. There should be a loop.

Terrible service. They forget my order at the window so I’m always waiting longer than I should. Today I ordered a 50 munchkin bucket for Halloween and requested a mix of all the flavors. We get to the window and they say they don’t have the bucket so we change the order for a normal 50 count and while filling it they find the lid but we already paid so we couldn’t get it. They gave us the box and there was only 2 flavors, 45 pumpkin and 5 glaze and the glaze are rock solid. They could’ve just let us know they had none and I would’ve gone somewhere else. They shut the window on us bc they forgot the drink and we had to remind them. I love dunkin but I hate this location.

Terrible and lazy people, their damn attitude is terrible, it made me lazy just seeing their desire to work, you should improve by hiring responsible people who really want to work.
