Dunkin was great! But the club next door is a complete and utter disaster! The owner came out with a liquor bottle and tried to use it to bust a guy towing a car over the head, then tried to punch a woman wearing the tow company hoodie in the face! Thank god the police were across the street, saw the entire thing, and pulled up and stopped it! That’s the only bad thing about going early in the morning! Dealing with the establishment next door and all of the drunks coming out Of there to their cars parked along the wall! But the service at Dunkin’ is always impeccable!!!!!!!Parking: The club next door always has their overflow in the parking lot if you go early in the morning.

I'm in town from Florida visiting my daughter and she wanted Dunkin so we made a stop to grab some coffee. Absolute trash location. Female employee had an attitude from the start and maintained it through the entire experience. The food was cold, and apparently for an order of hash browns you only get half a bag, not a full bag. Back home you get a full bag. After requesting hot hash browns she came back a minute later and gave us "new" ones which didn't feel much warmer and they looked like someone smashed them. Overall an absolute horrible experience for a place that didn't have much foot traffic. Management needs to re-evaluate their employees or maybe find a new job if they just let these behaviors constantly slide.

THEY WERE SO STONED. It was insane. Repeating myself 3 different times is crazy. Then my matcha wasn't shaken well. And my donut barely had sprinkles, and they're fake sprinkles. What even are those

Very bad, I don't recommend it at all, I was inside the store and they were rushing me at 5:30 to order quickly because they were going to close, and according to the schedule that day they closed at 7, I think it was a Sunday and a holiday I don't remember, when I ordered they didn't have any of the donnas I ordered

I consider myself a very lenient and understanding person, but we had to sit around with our drinks for HALF AN HOUR before they even mentioned that they were out of the bread for the avocado toast we ordered. Overall, it took about 50 minutes to get our entire order, and even when asking the staff where our food was, they didn't actually give it to us until the third time. Also they never have munchkins :(

usually i get grilled cheese if im passing by and im hungry its pretty good but sometimes the cheese is burnt? also some workers are really kind and one called me pretty. also be patient with them its hard when its only a few people and its super busy.

I ordered a large iced coffee with light ice and charged an additional fee, as is expected. However, I was handed this and no I didn’t have any to drink. I’m no barista, but one might say this isn’t full. When I asked the employee to fill the cup a bit more, the manager said “they are coming down on us at a regional level to control our food product costs.” If I pay an additional charge for additional product and they refuse to provide said product, that’s theft plain and simple.

Yesterday we bought a dozen donuts for my grandaughters for Valentines Day .There was limited choices...the donuts were unedible! Such a waste of $...I called to voice a complaint and was hung up on. This is no way to run a business ... Do Not Waste your $...We will never go here again !
